Oreedoo used to be perfect but i dont know what happened they hired the wrong people or what is the reason it has became the worst service provider in Kuwait. I have complained about my slow Internet so many times and they have told me that they will contact me back on the issue, but they never do. I also ordered from the MagSafe charger and when the driver came to deliver the product to me the driver told me i have to pay from knet 1 fils to confirm i am the right person who is recieving the product. I did not had my knet card on me that time and called the oreedoo helpline. The customer service guy was so rude and told me that it is my problem to solve with the driver and not his and i could not speak to him anymore because of his attitude. Bad internet speed and horrible customer service.

If you think you’re going to get any type of support here then Look somewhere else. I’ve had this number for a week now and I can’t make or receive calls, recharged it twice and spent an entire afternoon talking to their lifeless agents. One which literally denied that this is my number and refused to help as in I’d go through the grueling app interface that was definitely made by some lesser evolved human just for a lie. Oh, and they’ll keep asking you for money. Like none stop :/

App is good. Looks and feels good. However, the ANNA joining feature is extremely buggy. I am not able to get it to work. I chatted about the issue with support 5 times and followed the same repetitive instructions the same amount of times and it won’t work. Ooredoo support is in desperate need of improvement. It’s all great until you have an issue.
