Oreedoo used to be perfect but i dont know what happened they hired the wrong people or what is the reason it has became the worst service provider in Kuwait. I have complained about my slow Internet so many times and they have told me that they will contact me back on the issue, but they never do. I also ordered from the MagSafe charger and when the driver came to deliver the product to me the driver told me i have to pay from knet 1 fils to confirm i am the right person who is recieving the product. I did not had my knet card on me that time and called the oreedoo helpline. The customer service guy was so rude and told me that it is my problem to solve with the driver and not his and i could not speak to him anymore because of his attitude. Bad internet speed and horrible customer service.

If you think you’re going to get any type of support here then Look somewhere else. I’ve had this number for a week now and I can’t make or receive calls, recharged it twice and spent an entire afternoon talking to their lifeless agents. One which literally denied that this is my number and refused to help as in I’d go through the grueling app interface that was definitely made by some lesser evolved human just for a lie. Oh, and they’ll keep asking you for money. Like none stop :/

App is good. Looks and feels good. However, the ANNA joining feature is extremely buggy. I am not able to get it to work. I chatted about the issue with support 5 times and followed the same repetitive instructions the same amount of times and it won’t work. Ooredoo support is in desperate need of improvement. It’s all great until you have an issue.

I am customer of Ooredoo from last 15 years but now the internet speed is very very slow and the internet service get disconnected in between, please try to improve your internet service I stay in Salmiya this happening to me from last almost 6 months.

Please look in the matter and do the needful.

Once OoredooKuwait finally works it’s amazing. But it crashes and closes 5 or 6 times before it opens. Then when it does work I have to Always get a new One time password. It’s really annoying.

First it’s nice looking. But slower than before. Second once I open Nojoom it will hang and keep loading. Then a message showing “ something went wrong “ then it keep loading for long until I have to shutdown OoredooKuwait and open it again. Until now I can’t access to my Nojoom profile. Please fix. Thanks

أنا لدي. IPad Air 1 ونزلت عليه برنامج my Ooredoo Kuwait ولكن للأسف البرنامج مش شغال بكل امكانياته فهو لا يظهر باقتي الحالية ومقدار المتبقي من النت والدقائق وإشعار الهدايا ما بيظهر
نرجوا العمل على إصلاح هذه العيوب
ومعي أيضا جهاز سامسونج وعليه البرنامج my ooredoo kuwait والبرنامج شغال
وإشعار الهدايا بيظهر

I have iPad Air1 and I download my Ooredoo Kuwait app on it but the prog not working good it not show my current line status and my line validity and many options how many internet left and how many local minutes left on my line and my notification not appeared
So I hope fix this on AppStore
I have Also Samsung mobile and I have my Ooredoo Kuwait app app and it work goooooooood. Very goooooooooood

OoredooKuwait is great and easy to find what you need.
The last update bugged the payment/recharge system and I have contacted support over five times and nothing they can do. It is really annoying. It’s like they don’t care if you have service or not. Or what to fix the payment issue. This problem has been like this for more than two weeks. You would think they would fix the issue.
If not for this I would have given a 4 and if support did there job I would have given a 5.

IF YOU HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AS ME THERE I AN APP CALLED “DING” THAT WORKS. EASY. FAST.

I didn't enjoy the new update. It has some issues I was comfortable with the old version. It was easy to walk through everything you want and more organized.
Overall that is my personal opinion. Everyone has different opinions right.

Although this version have an amazing features but the log in is not working properly and this one time log in is useless.

I loved the latest update. Once logged in, I was able to migrate one of my old lines to the new plans and the flexibility it gave me was really amazing.

Dear team before one day send a msg that your line going to expire so aware about it

Not working after the latest update

I tried several times to login no success I experienced this after last update 👎

The old version was great and easy to use . But now the made OoredooKuwait hard to use . But OoredooKuwait is cool right now. The new themes and like this. And it gives you alot of offers that you can use.

Way better than the previous versions, now you can check your account information easily and check your internet usage in spot

It is such a great and practical App. Easy use and always gets new features to enhance users experience
