I am so annoyed! I just upgraded to a new shababiah using the app, i paid using my card and while processing my payment the app just crashed and my bank account was charged! I called their call center and they can’t do anything on their behalf. Application is very slow! They could’ve done better.

Has a lot of issues regarding the auto renewal, this one dose automatic renewal without notice even if you don’t need it, I suggest to cancel all autrenewal from the application it self because if you did it one time you can’t remove it or forget to remove it will take your money directly toward old plan that you have been used before whenever you Credit your phone with prepaid Card right way with out giving you chance to chose what service you want.,,

app doesn't even start up, i was on a stable version, wanted to renew my monthly data plan, got notified that i have to update the app so i updated it 🤷🏻♂️. there used to be codes that we’d dial and subscribe to plans but no, you guys had to make life difficult and complicate everything under the sun.
