Why no support for ios12
When is an update coming that does not drain the battery and crash the application. I am reinstalling at least 2 times monthly. I like the company and the applications. NetSupportManagerControl can be more stable. I just renewed my 2 year licenses with you, so please make it work better.

Love NetSupportManagerControl but when I upgraded to IOS 9 on my phone it wouldn't work. Waiting to upgrade my IPad until it is fixed.
Update: using Chrome as my browser works flawlessly but not with internet explorer.

Great app....nice attention to detail. Like the keyboard with integrated modifier / edit / navigation keys....also like the genuine screen control....other apps force you to position the mouse over the area of the screen you need to select (means you're always playing hunt the mouse so as to move it to required location).
This apps is great if you already have the the software on the Mac or pc its great to view and control remote devices.

I am impressed with the performance of NetSupportManagerControl, with one hangup. In cases where you connect to a client with multiple monitors, I have not seen a way to change from one to another. This is done simply with the desktop app. Unfortunately I have not seen a way in documentation. If this feature has not yet been implemented then I would greatly appreciate it.
