Dealing with the staff in their office is just the start of the problems with this company! I can't understand any of them & they have NO customer service. The amount of times I have used them I have always had to wait for their drivers who then complain to me the whole way on my journey that they have not been paid. How nice.
I've used this app many times like the service. However, BLS appears to be unusable. I was unable to open an account, I was unable to enter a drop off location other than my home. Not ready for prime time. Get with it, this app!
This company is very bad with scheduling service and never replies to your messages. The website and application are no help to anyone. Avoid this app at all risks!!!
BLS is totally un-integrated with the this app website. It prevents pastes for stored passwords. Like the website, it is clunky and not easy to use.
Great idea! I travel alot and BLS makes booking my car reservations so much easier. Its really user friendly and saves me so much time. The locate my driver feature on BLS lets me know exactly where my driver is at all times. Love BLS!!!!
Love BLS and limo service. The best feature is the "locate my driver" but,I still might call in to speak with some of my favorite agents. 👍
