Dealing with the staff in their office is just the start of the problems with this company! I can't understand any of them & they have NO customer service. The amount of times I have used them I have always had to wait for their drivers who then complain to me the whole way on my journey that they have not been paid. How nice.

I've used BLS many times like the service. However, this app appears to be unusable. I was unable to open an account, I was unable to enter a drop off location other than my home. Not ready for prime time. Get with it, BLS!

This company is very bad with scheduling service and never replies to your messages. The website and application are no help to anyone. Avoid BLS at all risks!!!
