I have been a subscriber to the Lancaster Eagle Gazette for several years. The live updates on LancasterEagleGazette no longer works. Why is this part of LancasterEagleGazette still appearing as part of what we see when there is never anything there? It has not worked for at least 10 months.
I see that new subscribers will be charged $5.99 after an initial free month. Why am I charged $9.99 each month when I have been a subscriber for many years? Why has my cost gone up when new subscribers pay 40% less?
I’ve been a subscriber to the Eagle Gazette for years, but I can’t figure out how to sign in on LancasterEagleGazette ! I’m not getting the Saturday online edition or any of the crosswords I would like to play. I have access to only five articles a week? Terrible!
LancasterEagleGazette doesn’t even load stories before it crashes whenever it’s not on wifi, which happens to be the majority of the time.
App will not stay open: tries to open immediately shuts down have loaded it several times no luck! Have paid online subscription and still won’t work properly!
An app designed solely for ad space, with almost little to no value for news reading. The news content is fine, but LancasterEagleGazette runs like very poorly.
Subscribed yesterday and can’t access certain articles. Would not recommend. Will be canceling.
