I have been a subscriber to the Lancaster Eagle Gazette for several years. The live updates on the app no longer works. Why is this part of the app still appearing as part of what we see when there is never anything there? It has not worked for at least 10 months.
I see that new subscribers will be charged $5.99 after an initial free month. Why am I charged $9.99 each month when I have been a subscriber for many years? Why has my cost gone up when new subscribers pay 40% less?
Where do I sign in?

I’ve been a subscriber to the Eagle Gazette for years, but I can’t figure out how to sign in on the app! I’m not getting the Saturday online edition or any of the crosswords I would like to play. I have access to only five articles a week? Terrible!
