I Love the PNJ APP. I have had it for at least five years. I work offshore and it is easy to keep up with the local news.

Recently I cannot open up the photo galleries or the videos. When I try PensacolaNewsJournal shuts down. I called support and they connot find my account. I pay $7.99 a month thru iTunes. I do not know what the account number is and they cannot find it thru an email address or home address.

I love PensacolaNewsJournal , but support not so much.

Living in Santa Rosa County which does not have any options for TV/RADIO information we do have a free weekly small town newspaper you are able to pick around town. It’s great to have Pensacola News which has “Breaking News” “This Just In” “Happening Now” “Following Up” news we would not much information about our county especially with most TV stations are located and geared mostly on news in/around Mobile, Alabama.

Since the latest update, when the page loads, all the columns are present, but almost immediately they disappear, leaving only the photographs and a blank page. If you go back a page, then forward, it will reload and may or may not be readable. After a few minutes, PensacolaNewsJournal crashes and you have to start over again. No place in app to contact developers or PNJ regarding issues.

While PensacolaNewsJournal is good about giving up-to-date news alerts, they give you a limit of 30 articles a month to look at, unless you want to pay to see the articles. Even after the month, when you’re supposed to have free articles, they still won’t allow you to see the articles, stating “you’ve reached your free article limit for this month” and to subscribe to see the article. I am not pleased.

Look. Where are you going to get your news about what's going on in Pensacola? WEAR-TV? No. If you want to hear stories about Angels watch TV. If you want ton know what's being done in your hometown, you have to have this appp

Appreciate the news alerts and stories as I just moved away but after almost 30 years - you don't just walk away.

The desktop/mobile website hardly ever works, so I figured if I paid for PensacolaNewsJournal I wouldn’t have as many issues. I was incorrect, and furthermore, there isn’t even a section for crime on PensacolaNewsJournal , but there is on the website. This is the only thing I care to utilize PensacolaNewsJournal for. If they fix it I will reinstate my subscription, but it’s not worth the time it took to download, let alone the monthly fee.

I love PensacolaNewsJournal . Format is quick and easy. Highly recommend

The PNJ website allows anyone to search their website for past articles. PensacolaNewsJournal does not appear to have a search function, even for subscribed readers. Don’t waste your time with PensacolaNewsJournal, stick with the PNJ website.

While I live in Texas, I long to move back home. Until that time PNJ helps me stay in touch. Thank you

I have paid subscription yet PensacolaNewsJournal loads stories so slowly i give up and go to wear tv. Seems to be the ads that are slowing it down. It used to be faster.
I am going to cancel if it doesnt get better

I like to stay up to date on the news at one of my top vacation spots. PensacolaNewsJournal lets me do it.

PensacolaNewsJournal just doesn't work. It quit opening completely after a few days use- just when we really need access to news after hurricane Sally. Tried reloading, still won't open!

Horrible account management. I forgot my password and it took three attempts to reset it. In addition, it allowed me to pay for two digital accounts—same email, etc. That is simply wrong.

As an avid paper reader PensacolaNewsJournal is so disappointing. I can't get the same articles as the paper version and there are more old articles than current news. Not very helpful if you are a current subscriber.

Love supporting such a vital service to our community. Democracy dies in darkness and local journalism brings real light.

Need to see what areas have the most crimes and update it every two days

Great app - but won’t launch on iOS 14

The digital paper is great. It stays up to date throughout the day. Loving it

PensacolaNewsJournal no longer works since I upgraded my devices to iOS 14. I’m a subscriber to the PNJ, so I’m paying for it. Please update!!!!!! We’re post hurricane and need news!

While I like the layout, PensacolaNewsJournal constantly crashes. On average it will crash 2-3 times during the course of reading one paper.

Spotty coverage of local breaking news stories and local events. Misinformed staff is reporting without confirming facts and supported by completely biased editors. Gave them a try for almost 2 years after moving to the area. Not an accurate representation of panhandle life

I like to check the online edition for updates on stories from the am paper or new stories that may have occurred during the day. Also like their bulletin feature.

The galleries of New Year celebrations show few black folks or Latinos celebrating . You need to expand your coverage.

Disappointing that PensacolaNewsJournal doesn’t allow for pinch expansion of the embedded images. Come on, it’s 2019.
