I have a problem with Fishbox

when I click on the app it simply closes down immediately.... I see the blue fish and then it vanishes! very frustrating please help!!

when I open the fishbox app, it wont show me any forecasts or weather or anything other than the map. it just says retry. Help??

To resolve Fishbox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Fishbox App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fishbox » click [Force Stop]

Clear Fishbox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fishbox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fishbox.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fishbox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fishbox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fishbox
