The "add education" part of the profile page is broken. The Save button doesn't work. I've tried on three different browsers and two different computers, and have made sure that everything was correctly filled out. Also, I see that the skills assessments are broken. This is a serious problem because many employers demand that they be completed. With people being forced to depend on sites like Ziprecruiter to apply for work, this really needs to be addressed immediately.

I can use ZipRecruiter just fine on a desktop, but cannot use it on any of my mobile devices. I have tried the app and even installed Chrome, which was the recommended browser when I chatted with live support. I am rarely at a desktop, so this is very frustrating. I am ready to take my business elsewhere if I am expected to be at a desktop. This is not 1998.

App has been crashing for the past several days. Opens for a second or two and then it’s down. I have the most updated version and reinstall doesn’t change anything. iOS version

same here, it works fine on a desktop but no longer on the iphone :-(

The app opens and then shuts down with in 3 seconds after opening. I have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled, but the problems continues. Is there another solution?
