Tops has the distinction of being the worst delivery app of all in 10 years of using delivery apps worldwide. Over the years I’ve tried using Tops Delivery, given up, deleted TopsOnline , re-installed it months later in hopes they’ve improved but experienced the same and sometimes worse. This was my last try with another horrible experience. I’m done with Tops! Plenty of alternatives now.

Not sure if an update happened. TopsOnline used to work and now It won’t even open.

Tops as a store is good. No real complaints, but their app is terrible, most of the time it will not let you add the coupon codes or the store or the depot will call you to say that the items in your cart is not in stock or deliveries get canceled etc. I have not had similar experiences with Grab or Food Panda.

First tops the prices need to fixed for example I cannot find a deal section and deal are now expectation on apps today also you even find other stores on TopsOnline.the delivery system does even work just start tops with a new look at your Competition because their have a much better way of find fix that and people will happy

I was really hoping that the TOPS app would be a great addition to Bangkok online shopping options. Unfortunately, TOPS is performing terribly. I had one order cancelled; so, I re-ordered. On Friday, the driver contacted me TWICE for directions and then simply never showed up. When I called the phone number back, I was told that this phone now belonged to a different driver, namely her. She refused to provide me any other phone numbers. Note: TopsOnline reported my order as delivered.

Friday evening I sent a complaint via TopsOnline . Saturday late morning, I sent another complaint via TopsOnline . SILENCE. Finally, I called the number on the emailed order confirmation. There was an option for Thai (which I speak with native fluency), the only button that worked was to request an English-speaking contact.

The gal who answered spoke fairly good English, and I explained my dilemma. She was unable to help other by saying she’d contact the branch store for me. Four hours later, NO ONE has contacted me about my order.

The only good thing is that Tops appears not to have charged my debit card for the order (yet). So disappointed in this service, particularly because the only options via Happy Fresh (a far superior app) in my new area are Lotus and Big C.

I have used this a few times and they have cancelled my orders multiple times without notifying me. The only way I found out was by going into TopsOnline to check on the status of my order and found it was canceled. There was no text, email, phone call or other attempts to let me know that there was a problem with my order.

When I have gotten deliveries, there have been items I did not order delivered to me and items I needed that we left off, again without any notice or attempt to let me know ahead of time.

Considering the amount of time this service has been available, these types of issues show n extremely poor execution by company management and a poorly supported service.

There are better home delivery apps are out there that actually communicate with their customers.

Everything about Tops from TopsOnline to their service is abysmal. TopsOnline is clunky and the search feature is useless. The final indignity is your order will arrive incorrect or not at all. Trying to correct issues is painful. The customer service is about as helpful as speaking to a brick wall. Other than that, enjoy! 😱

Initially, I was under the impression that TopsOnline is going to be a great help for me, but all I got was just a headache.
Some of the items were out of stock and they don’t even offer any alternatives, but what’s more concerning is their DELIVERY!
I placed the order online on March 3, I set it to be delivered on March 4 between 15:30 to 19:30, they have all day to call me back and maybe prepare those items I ordered online, what’s frustrating is, I have to go somewhere on that day, I tried to asked them if I can re-reschedule the delivery on the following day (in the morning) but they insisted that they can’t do it, they guaranteed that it’s going to be delivered, so I had to cancel all my appointments on that day because no one can receive those items when they arrive, I waited and since it’s almost 20:00, no one came so I had to call them back, they promised that it’s going to be delivered at 09:00am the following day, it’s already 10:00am but nothing, I had to call again, a guy on the phone promised to give me an update within an hour, nothing was received, so I had to call them again, can you imagine how much effort I have exerted on this stupid online shopping you guys have?
No apologies or any compensation at all! Thai staff are not into customer service, they don’t know what this is, I guess! It was my very first time to order from this non-sense app and certainly be the last!
Please, if you can stay away from TopsOnline, better use other apps like HappyFresh, HonestBee or whatever. Such a DISASTER app!!!

It can not change the money to US dollars and you can’t pick store for pick up

Search brings up unrelated items. Communication is poor when delivery drivers are unavailable. Items added to cart are not available. Some items are in store are unavailable online. Hope this next version is better! Who is developing your app?

After registering and activating my account, TopsOnline no longer works! It’s in a constant loop that just won’t stop… I’ve even deleted TopsOnline and re-downloaded, still doesn’t work…

Wegamans app allows you to look up items prices. Make a shopping list that gives you an idea of how much $ you need. I know prices vary by location but doesn't need to be 100% accurate.

TopsOnline itself and its functionality is ok. Not great, but better than BigC’s god awful app or Lotus’s. Tops delivery itself though is why I’m writing such a bad review, I apologize to the developers who are stuck with TopsOnline, but Tops inventory system is so horrible it ruins any user experience.

Do not use tops delivery service. 9 out of my 10 orders end up being sold out of a bunch of the stuff I order, even if I place the order to be delivered asap. They keep the full amount you paid and say it takes up to 45 business days to refund you the money for the items they’re sold out of. They do not use any insulation for your groceries, most of the time my milk arrives spoiled and meat arrives warm. They will just ignore you if you try to complain to customer service and ask for a refund and I can prove it. Worst grocery delivery service on earth.

Barcode reader, cooking calculator and comment are really relevant to our needs

I’ve used TopsOnline a number of times. Good selection and delivery. They just updated it so it’s a bit easier to use now.
