How to fix BePark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BePark app on iPhone
Update BePark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BePark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BePark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BePark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BePark Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BePark not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BePark App
1. On android, goto Settings » BePark » click [Force Stop]

Update BePark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BePark App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BePark » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BePark.

Fix BePark unable to contact server/ BePark internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BePark » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BePark » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BePark
