How to fix BePark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BePark app on iPhone
Update BePark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BePark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BePark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BePark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix BePark not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BePark app issues:

Force Stop the BePark App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BePark app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BePark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BePark App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BePark app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BePark.

Fix BePark unable to contact server/ BePark internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BePark » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BePark » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BePark on android.
