Very slow and updating in real time from the website rarely happens. Almost unusable at times. But has the potential to be a really helpful app. The best solution I have found is to login to their website on Safari and then save as a home screen icon. It opens up a new page every time and it is tougher to use the desktop version on uour phone. But at least that way it works.

After using FR for years, I find this app to be a significant challenge in many ways. The mere fact that you have to be connected to your network to do anything in this app is impossible. Especially when you update ARMS while traveling internationally with a new SIM card in your phone. Which means you CANT access it so therefor it becomes USELESS!

I love managing my recruits in this app but I love accessing them on my iPhone even more. The fact that so many of the things from the web are available on my phone is great. And I love how easy it is to add photos to my recruits.

Just updated ARMS and now it does not work. Every time I open it it immediately crashes and shuts down. Tried rebooting my iphone. Also asked my coworker to test and it doesn’t work for him either.

Wish you would fix the ability to create nice emails we can send to recruits. I don't use this app as we cannot send good communication with pictures. Exception is to document training as needed by University.
