Was double-charged when downloading Arbiter , and 2 attempts to contact this app for a refund went unanswered- have no patience for poor customer service:(

Arbiter freezes up and when I go to accept a game I have to select the green check mark multiple times before it registers. I have tried selecting it once for accepting and once when the contract comes up but it never registers. It should take just a few seconds to accept games but has taken up to 5 minutes. How hard is that to correct. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled and have upgraded phones with same issue. This has been going on for at least 3 years. What’s the point if I have to find a computer to accept games?

Incorrect game times. App freezing and kicking me out. Unable to see assigned games. Blocks disappearing despite never being removed. Arbiter needs some serious work. Not to mention the constant shutdowns in order to “fix” the many issues although they never seem to change. Now, I’ve been signed out of Arbiter without doing so manually, and my sign in fails every time. I know I’m putting in the correct information because when I sign in on the website it works fine. I can’t even reset the password by sending it to my email. This is a major problem and has caused many issues for my boss, me, and my many co-workers.

Two years ago it was buggy, cranky and unreliable. Much improved since then.
A further improvement shouldn’t be too hard. I’d like to see a different color used in the font for new games assigned but not accepted. Would be much easier and quick to find them.

App is FAR too slow. Takes several minutes to update schedule. No access to team contact information. Still need to try to use web page if you need to reach the coach at last minute.

Come to think of it, the this app as a whole is a piece of crap. They definitely do not think much of their officials’ personal information. Too bad they have too many state organizations and local assignors fooled.

I hadn’t used Arbiter for over a year. I’m loving the push notifications and ability to manage my ArbiterPay funds in particular. I don’t think I’ve been to the website in months now.

Arbiter itself works fine if you can’t get to a desktop.
However, in app it says “if you force close Arbiter , notifications will not work till you restart it.”
Well, I don’t want to run Arbiter all the time.
That’s pretty inconvenient and poorly designed, especially in season where last second assignments do get posted.

This is probably the worst app that I have to have on my phone. It never remembers my passwords and constantly logs me out. It’s amazingly slow for how simple Arbiter is. If I do need to send a password recovery request I have to go to the website. I don’t know why I have Arbiter if everything I need to do I can only do on the website. Overall it’s just garbage. Fix your app this app

It’s impossible to use for anything other than the basic task of looking at what games you’ve got scheduled, but it takes 8 tries to accept games and is overall a horrible app. For a profession full of middle age+ guys, having an app be this hard to use is a horrible plan.

Arbiter has everything except the ability to sign up for tournaments and events, which I hope is the ultimate goal. Find a way to incorporate the “custom fields” portion of the this app website please.

Really solid app for first try. Hopefully this app continues to add functionality and improvements. The annoying thing is taking away Touch Id login. Makes signing in areal PITA.

How can the people building this application put this out with the obvious lack of usability?

Blocks don’t show up on the Calendar until you change a view (like go forward a month and then back)? Why is it so cumbersome to remove a block?

I have 2 different accounts and Arbiter can’t keep the state (which account I’m logged into) correct. Eventually it catches up.

Now all me games and blocks are just gone. None. How the heck could anyone rely on Arbiter?

It’s really scary that others can work with the limitations of Arbiter.

Who is the team that actually produces Arbiter?

Worst app of all time. I work in IT and have had my fair share of bad apps. But this one is down right unusable. It has not been updated in 2 years that is unacceptable. Blocking off dates is broken. Takes 6 or 7 tries before it actually saves the block.

Aside from all the bugs and issues with Arbiter , this app Sports was responsible for a massive data breach recently where personal information, including SSN, was exposed. They offered nothing more than what was required by law. This company manages to be a middle-man to local sports while giving up your data.

Gets the job done but I don’t like how the push notifications don’t work all the time. I also don’t like how annoying it is when it logs out and the face id fill in doesn’t work. Please make Arbiter kore user friendly.

App functionality is getting better, once you are logged in.

Login process needs some overhaul. TouchID and loading saved passwords are in need of attention. Not as user friendly or efficient as other apps.

It is frustrating as a user if you don't know how this particular app behaves or is different from the vast majority of applications.

As a resource. It's a good tool.

Just need some Operational cleanup

For people that are complaining that you have to purchase something, that is true, but in order to have the mobile friendly version of this app outside of Arbiter you have to purchase it anyways. It's $18 for 3 years I think. That's like a third of a game fee, if that.

There needs to be a section in the games schedule where you see who your partners are and have that clickable so that you can contact them directly from there.

Glitchy when moving from menu to menu sometimes. Needs to have back button navigation on all the screens as well.

Good start to Arbiter and needs to be updated with some changes, but I think it will get to the point where it will function well.

I’ve downloaded this three different times with no success. Changed my password on the main page, still unable to login. The “help” button asks me to check my email and password... 🙄

Arbiter is horrible. I’m a football referee and never signed up for Arbiter. I’m not sure how it happened but someone was able to sign me up without my knowledge and accept games.

I had to download Arbiter just to contact the athletic directors that I wouldn’t be at their games.

I can’t even get in Arbiter , I put in my log in info and it just loads for forever and tells me that there’s an error. The troubleshoot part tells you to check your password.

I’m having difficulties viewing my schedule. One moment it there, next time I log in, it disappears. I’ve had to delete app and download over again. So frustrating.

Garbage. Once app is opened it only spins and never loads information. Have screenshot video if developers would like to see. Extremely frustrating. Miss the days of Zebra-Ware. A platform that actually worked!

Arbiter is terrible. It constantly logs you out and logging back in with Face ID isn’t an option. It makes you renter everything every time.

For the past 2 days the schedule is not showing any games. I have to go into the website to view all of my upcoming games. Please fix.

When first downloaded Arbiter it was AMAZING! Now I can not login due to trouble shooting issues

PLZ FIX!! As of mid October 2019 Arbiter crashes EVERY TIME I try to enter blocks or accept/decline games.
**Arbiter worked well prior to this issue.

Terrible app on iPad. No support. According to you all names are taken, because this is negative!!

It looks like every concern was met by new update. My connect subscription seems to be recognised immediately.

I did not expect this but am now able to see if I was paid via this app for any game on my schedule by clicking on the game and there is even a feature where I can pull up all unpaid games to make sure checks came in for those not on this app.

I could not get this app to email me the ICal address for my calendar no matter how I tried but Arbiter has an option to add calendar to iPhone and that worked. So now, I don’t have to take all the steps to login to this app to see my schedule, location, role assigned, partner etc. Which is what I’ve always wanted to be able to do.

You have an active link now for gps directions from app (as well as google calendar if you add the iCal calendar feature).

Arbiter has an active link within each listed assignment for each partner, administrative contact at location and assignor.

There is a small charge now to get reminders sent to you for games via ArbiterConnect but worth every penny to be able to better keep track of schedule. Certainly there was some expense in developing this software so the subscription amount is well earned in my opinion.

Blocking dates from Arbiter is much easier than from the website as well.
