After newest update I haven’t been able to buy tickets day of the game. Very disappointing

The icons no longer show up. The return tickets feature doesn’t work. Have to use a work around of trying to upgrade seats to then be able to go back and try to return the seats. Profile and team logos don’t appear. Crashes. Can’t use order to table feature. Have tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing works. Absolutely horrible. Thousands of dollars in season tickets and can’t use OrlandoMagic and app is the only way to return tickets. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY. THE SEASON IS IN FULL SWING.

This initial access to OrlandoMagic is horrible. The password creation needs a tremendous amount of work. I’ve tried more than a dozen times to create a password following the guidelines, yet i still can’t access OrlandoMagic .

Every year OrlandoMagic changes and not for the better. Now this year I keep getting an error message when I’m near or in the Amway. Super frustrating when I try to pull up my tickets. I’ve just given up on it.

I'm on an iPad2 with current software. When I launch OrlandoMagic it ultimately indicates that an update is required for OrlandoMagic . When you update OrlandoMagic , then you end up in a never ending loop. Where are you QA dept??? No excuse for this to be going on this long!

Bad

Like other review by another person, app feature does not work. Application freezes a lot too!

I have a fast break pass and OrlandoMagic stops working near the end of each game. It stops opening and I have to delete app and reinstall. This is horrible.

Unable to upgrade app

Do not play the “gamble for more rewards”. The math works out to be 30% of winning a good prize, I did it 10xs and won $5 magic money. Could’ve redeemed at 2xs that straight up.

OrlandoMagic is slower now with its more features. The new selling feature doesn’t allow to see recently sold/listed.

Magic money is a cool feature and integrates well with credit cards and Apple Pay.

Buying food/drinks is a good feature

Wish you could buy merchandise from app with magic money.

Live game stats are a little laggy, ESPN works better for a quick update.

Nice for upgrades, tickets, and stuff like that

3/5 for good features. Missing 2 stars are missing features and mentioned cons.

OrlandoMagic is heading in the right direction. I like the idea of In-seat Delivery and Mobile Ordering, but I won't be using it until OrlandoMagic supports Apple Pay. I rather not store my credit card information now that apps are allowed to accept Apple Pay for mobile payments. I'll be on the lookout for that in a future update so I can use the newly-added features at the games.

OrlandoMagic is definitely improved after the update, but for the “Videos” section under News, the resolution still does not look right in fullscreen.

Love OrlandoMagic so much. Very convenient and simple to use. Great how OrlandoMagic keeps you up to date with what's going on with the Magic. My wife and I just bought the fast break pass and we are looking forward to this season and getting to see the magic play more than we have before. Let's go magic!

The new Orlando Magic app has improved in so many ways. The old app would crash and was barley useable. Now I want to use OrlandoMagic even when I’m not at the game. I can check stats, watch videos and highlights of my favorite team all in a user friendly environment. Thanks for the update! Great work

Great for when you're at the game, I use it for tickets, express pick up and upgrading my seat. Only 2 suggestions, 1. lower prices on upgrade seats as the game progresses (at half time or something). 2. Do not ever force an update to use OrlandoMagic , on game day, ever again you can't get signal in the arena (even with the free wifi) and I couldn't check seat upgrades, because my app needed to updated. (The update literally came out hours before the game and was a required update)

The Magic'll be good one of these days, right?

Unusable to the point where I can’t access basic features. They are trying to force features without proper testing, and season ticket holders are made to suffer.

I can’t see any images!!!! How can I use OrlandoMagic?!?
