Very slow and updating in real time from the website rarely happens. Almost unusable at times. But has the potential to be a really helpful app. The best solution I have found is to login to their website on Safari and then save as a home screen icon. It opens up a new page every time and it is tougher to use the desktop version on uour phone. But at least that way it works.

After using FR for years, I find ARMS to be a significant challenge in many ways. The mere fact that you have to be connected to your network to do anything in ARMS is impossible. Especially when you update the app while traveling internationally with a new SIM card in your phone. Which means you CANT access it so therefor it becomes USELESS!

Only use to document training per rules
Wish you would fix the ability to create nice emails we can send to recruits. I don't use ARMS as we cannot send good communication with pictures. Exception is to document training as needed by University.
