For the orb of August and as we speak I have not been getting my reward points. I’ve had to speak to management and they have to go through the process of calling the people at this app to manually add my points. I am almost at 500 points again and now the store (CBD Kratom in Dallas and Arlington Texas) has stopped trying to help me with my point. Well they blame it on the people at this app and I don’t know who is the one not helping now. They basically say it’s out of their hands and up to this app to fix it. So please help me because this sorry store is of no help. I’d like to say AppCard is great other than this issue. I will change my rating when I get proper help.

Absolutely the best store I’ve been in that sells anything to do with electronics cigarettes I Miss Cindy she wasn’t there today but the two girls that were there were very nice and one of them is just flat out gorgeous so they get a 10 thumbs up for me but I still miss you Sandy and I hope your son is feeling better and if you want any information about Rocky the only thing I can tell you is good people will have a Lotta knowledge in what they’re doing peace love God and love vaping

My experience today was very nice. Me being the indecisive human I am... he didn’t hesitate to explain things to me in Vape 101 terms!! I appreciate his patience with me and taking the time to explain the different vapes and juices and set me up so I could walk out the door ready to vape the day away!! Thank you to everyone in there today. Awesome service. Very friendly and knowledgeable folks!! Thank y’all and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Downloaded AppCard , keyed in my cell number which is the account number at my store, and all my receipts and the point balance came right up and showed the rewards offered by my store. Wondering if those who say it’s not working are entering in their number (must be same as cell used to get text notifications of receipt.)

I am signed up at the store but AppCard won’t let me sign in. It defaults to a screen to enter information then says this email is already in the system but won’t let me log in to use the ap. Frustrating and useless. If I delete the current account I lose my data from purchases at the store. If zero stars were an option I would give zero. Also no way to get help in AppCard , no way to move off the screen that refuses login. Terrible.

There’s no real downside to using AppCard . It’s just a makeshift reward program for small businesses. It’s pretty lackluster all in all with buggy software and doesn’t keep accurate data- that said it’s just to incentivize you going to your local business which is always a plus.

App was working "okay" until latest update, now it no longer shows your total rewards earned when you swipe left? ☹️

I was not a fan of the shop moving away from the loyalty card and to AppCard in the 1st place, now I see almost no point to AppCard at all.

Please fix this so there is some way for people to track their totals, not just their progress.

The new looks is really cool. Finally, I can clip all my coupons in one place, see my rewards and progress for free gifts.
The last update really made a huge difference !

Can’t seem to view my receipts anymore.

There’s no way to see your earned rewards in AppCard , which seems like the single most important thing it could do. (You can see your progress to the next reward you’ll earn, mind, but that’s not actionable information.) UI for receipts is weird, too — headings which have to be tapped to expand which have no design signifiers of being touch targets.

It’s a wonderful idea, but nowhere in AppCard does it show my points! I see my first receipt on there. I realize that I can add the receipts together to see how many points I have, but supposedly I received 50 bonus points for signing up for text and email offers. I have no way of seeing if they’ve been added to my account! Seems ridiculous – please help!

Downloaded & put in my number- it pulled up an account at a store I haven’t been to in 2 years and won’t allow me to look at any other stores so I can’t actually use AppCard to check my balance at a store I KNOW my number is registered with for AppCard. Really disappointing

If you ever change your number, you can only change your points over to the new number if the new number hasn’t had activity for two years. Because of this I can’t update my phone number and AppCard is rendered useless, I’m debating to even go back to the stores associated with AppCard

App used to work fine but now only brings up a page to authenticate with text or phone call. Both choices deliver error messages. No way on AppCard to login. Luckily you can still use their website. Don’t bother downloading AppCard till they issue bug fixes.

AppCard worked for the first couple of days. Now it keeps loading and won’t open, like the little circle keeps rotating but no changes and I can’t see anything but a white screen.

I love the program. But since the iPhone update of 14.1, I haven’t been able to get AppCard to work. Will change rating once it’s working again

Keeps asking for my number. I verified it before downloading AppCard . Every time I enter my number an error message pops up. I cannot login on AppCard only on the website. Useless!???????

I have verified with all the store i use AppCard for my number Is correct however I can’t log In to my account in AppCard . I keep getting invalid number. help

Is this a coalition loyalty program? Why am I downloading the this app app? Shouldn’t I be able to access my points and rewards from Sendik’s app? Now I have to download two apps?

Can’t enter the card number because there’s one extra number, and can’t scan the barcode because it doesn’t do anything.

It’s an ok program no specials or extras. Doesn’t give you 1 point per dollar, but at least a little something. I always save my points to use the $10 off. It showed someone used my point at a place I never go.
