I am unable to add my season pass to the app. I type my user ID in and it says “failed fetching” and doesn’t work. Also, when I first open the app I get this: “Error Status code didn't fall within the given range. ”

Close and restart the Cedar Point app on iPhone
Update Cedar Point app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cedar Point iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cedar Point on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cedar Point network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Cedar Point not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cedar Point App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cedar Point » click [Force Stop]

Update Cedar Point to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cedar Point App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cedar Point » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cedar Point.

Fix Cedar Point unable to contact server/ Cedar Point internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cedar Point » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cedar Point » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cedar Point
