Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PixelPoint app issues:

Force Stop the PixelPoint App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PixelPoint app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PixelPoint to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PixelPoint App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PixelPoint app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PixelPoint.

Fix PixelPoint unable to contact server/ PixelPoint internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PixelPoint » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PixelPoint » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
