How to fix Blacklane app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Blacklane app on iPhone
Update Blacklane app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Blacklane iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Blacklane on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Blacklane network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Blacklane Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Blacklane not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Blacklane App
1. On android, goto Settings » Blacklane » click [Force Stop]

Update Blacklane to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Blacklane App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Blacklane » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Blacklane.

Fix Blacklane unable to contact server/ Blacklane internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Blacklane » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Blacklane » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Blacklane
