when will programing be back on? experiencing technical difficulties is what is posted on screen! I don't need to have to pay for this information!!!

We use Xfinity as our internet and TV provider. The quality of the WKRN signal is pretty bad on all three TVs that we own, and we checked with neighbors, and they are having the same issue. Is this a Xfinity of WKRN issue and how do we fix it.

How to fix WKRN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WKRN app on iPhone
Update WKRN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WKRN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WKRN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WKRN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WKRN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WKRN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WKRN App
1. On android, goto Settings » WKRN » click [Force Stop]

Update WKRN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WKRN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WKRN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WKRN.

Fix WKRN unable to contact server/ WKRN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WKRN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WKRN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WKRN
