Like the title says.
I've had FidelityBankMA for YEARS with no issues.. then they updated it recently and it's gotten so bad.. releases a "fix for bugs" version recently and now I get logged in no problem but it tells me I have no accounts and an issue with the pin.. very very disappointing.
1999 called, it wants its banking app back.
I like the Fidelity mobile App. Especially now that I have an iPhone and can deposit checks from here. There are no branches near me so the times I do receive a check it's very helpful. Not 5 stars as I couldn't deposit with my Droid.
The only problem I’ve had with FidelityBankMA and it’s a new one is that it doesn’t close itself unless you log off. With the older version if you just got out of FidelityBankMA it would automatically close itself out. Now if you do that when you get back in it gives you a time out error that you have to clear. Not a big deal but convenient when you’re in a rush and just move from FidelityBankMA to another one.

I have been a LONG TIME user of this Bank. It is nice that they finally have an APP of their own to take care of their customers Banking Needs
throughout the month/year.
Ever since I purchased my first iPhone (which was the 3GS), I have had to either log into my Banks Website via Safari on my iPhone if I wanted to take
care of any banking needs for my accounts while on the go, or I would have to log into the website via my Laptop when I was home Now I no longer
need to worry about that. I can just go into FidelityBankMA and handle all of my banking errands with this handy app.
So far FidelityBankMA works great and has yet to crash on me. Its handling my needs quite well and I hope FidelityBankMA grows along with its customers needs and
expectations. As far as I am concerned, FidelityBankMA is perfect considering it was JUST released on June 29th of 2012. I am sure my bank will have OTHER
additions and options added in as time goes by. I cannot wait to see what else will be added.

Been with them for over 29 years. I even moved away MA and keep them as my main bank.

This works great. I'm missing the friendly faces at the bank. No more long deposit lines for checks. Excellent bill pay. Great system.

I just love the fact that I don't have to call the 800 number to transfer money between accounts. I can do it on my iPhone or my iPad. Great thing.
First time user . Very easy to use and I just saved a trip to the bank . Have to wAit for a lollipop I guess.
