The arena map is unusable and has been for years. I would like to be able to look at the map and locate the concession stands

Impossible to navigate and maps are too small to be useful. Can't find anything of value.

Did they actually spend money to develop UnitedCenter?? Absolutely useless.

UnitedCenter was very useful at one point. You could search foods and it would tell you where to go. Some rocket scientist decided that wasn't important anymore I guess and got rid of it. Your maps are wayyyy to small to even make sense of. Put it back the way it was

One of the only useful features a narrowly-focused, seldom-used venue app like this could have is a map. It does have a map, but the image is so tiny and pixelated that you can't read it, and even worse, you can't zoom. F-. 0 stars.

Whatever. Who would know if they actually HAD Live Cam Angles because apparently you can only access said angles using the IN-HOUSE wi-fi. Because really, the one place I want ANGLES is only available AT the one place I'm not, the United Center. A Joke.

Hey team, main reason to use to UnitedCenter is to use the map. I cannot zoom on UnitedCenter . Please make the photo a jpeg or other photo file so we can zoom. Otherwise useless.

UnitedCenter has out of date phone numbers such as lost and found. It does not seem to have any function other than to let you buy tickets to the UC.

Has some helpful information but navigating UnitedCenter is terrible. Where’s the back button?

Easy to use, simple navigation, what every fan and stadium need!

Must have for anyone that wants to check out at an event at the United Center.

UnitedCenter is filled with info and great features. Can't wait to try some of the in-arena stuff!

Love how easy it is to do ANYTHING you want at United Center. Buy tickets, find your seats, even order food right to your seat!!
