Hornets + Spectrum Center Reviews

Saw review complaining off issues adding tix to Apple wallet with no button being present. This is a problem with the Apple os. Had the same issue with adding an Apple gift card after the iOS 11 update. This is not an issue with the hornets app. I was actually in the Apple store in Charlotte and they were dumbfounded as well. Solved only by deleting everything from the passes section and then adding back in.

I think it is a good app. It takes a while to start, but if you have used it recently it starts quickly. Let's you use the live game chat and watch interview videos, which you can't do on your iPhone without HornetsSpectrumCenter . Overall I think it a great resource for any Bobcats fan!

I’m beyond pleased with this update. The previous version of HornetsSpectrumCenter took my favorite UI of how the schedule was presented to the user. It has since been reverted to what it use to be. Everything just runs smoothly and looks better.

HornetsSpectrumCenter doesn’t let me sell my tickets. When I try to resolve it through the help chat I’m referred to Ticketmaster where it asks me to scan the barcode that’s on my phone…. obviously that won’t work. I got it pulled up on another phone so I could actually scan the tickets (requires 2 phones at this point) and it doesn’t accept the bar codes. Don’t tell customers they can sell leftover tickets they don’t use if your app doesn’t have that function available or make it possible to scan them to sell through Ticketmaster……

I like what they’re trying to do with HornetsSpectrumCenter . Managing my season tickets with app works for a short time after I reinstall HornetsSpectrumCenter . But I don’t feel like going through this process daily. I can view my tickets, use my tickets, but I can’t manage them through HornetsSpectrumCenter .

After updating HornetsSpectrumCenter to the most recent version- it no longer opens. I have deleted HornetsSpectrumCenter and re-downloaded it multiple times to no avail. I have an iPhone 6, but iOS 10 (the minimum requirement for HornetsSpectrumCenter to function). Please fix or advise on what I should do. Thanks.

Why don’t you have player stats per game. This seems like a no brainer. My bad, just hard to find

App is ok...... but where is the schedule??? It shouldn’t be hard to find. Who forgot about that???

It looks like the most release broke a lot of functionality within the Account Manager section. I no longer have the ability to add tickets to Apple Wallet (the ticket loads but no add button), the ... on my tickets lead me to my TicketMaster account (not the tickets I'm trying to perform more actions on) and other issues. Unfortunately this was not tested throughly prior to releasing it to the public. Today is the Hornets first home game since the release was pushed out but I'm surprised others haven't noticed these issues as well.

I've had HornetsSpectrumCenter for over a year. With a recent update I was asked to give permission to use my microphone. I don't know why it should need that so I declined that permission. Now it closes frequently and each time I see the red banner indicating it is trying to use my mic.

Seriously...i use HornetsSpectrumCenter to get stats and scores. Why would it need to listen to me?

The Charlotte Hornets App is awesome!!! It gives you all the information you need on the Hornets. Videos, stories, fan shop, tickets etc etc. All true Hornets Fans have to have HornetsSpectrumCenter.

Great app but it shuts down frequently which is frustrating. Also, not all of HornetsSpectrumCenter features work such as "find my seat" work properly

Wonderful upgrade! I love the look and feel of the new design. Can't wait for the season to start. Go Bobcats!

Location services required to view videos, AND it can use your location even when you are not using the application. Not necessary, APP works fine without them for everything but video, lame. Uninstalling. GO BUZZ, BOO APP.
