TimberwolvesTargetCenter is a nightmare. There is no layout or direction as to where you are and what you are ordering. The idea behind this okay, but even as a 26 year old tech savvy person this is not even convenient anymore. It can be nice for busy games. But to have this as the ONLY option for ordering food is a joke. If my parents wanted to come to a game and had to use this they would never even figure out how to use it and end up spending zero dollars and likely never returning to a game.

You are eliminating and entire market by doing this. TimberwolvesTargetCenter is messy and needs a lot of work. Good luck but I hope you’re okay with losing out on concession sales until you figure your app navigation out. Make this an option and not mandatory and you might be alright.

I’ve tried twice now to buy tickets on TimberwolvesTargetCenter and its glitched out both times by not allowing me to continue and getting stuck on the “verify information screen”. Please spend some of the millions of dollars you make on improving your app usability and making sure it doesn't stall out…

The new look is awesome and love staying up to date with the team and watching games on TimberwolvesTargetCenter when I'm not at home.

App doesn’t work support is worthless and unreachable. Game day. Problems can’t be resolved. Game is missed. Goodbye basketball.

I’m new to experience your app. However I must say the design is very overwhelming. The options and color decisions don’t seem consist with the actions. Your functionality is fine but the UX needs a little work. Analytics might drive what is most picked to help streamline your home page and prioritize your widgets. But all the information is there for all fans it is just a little hard too get to it. Maybe a focus group of all selected ages might be helpful before you rollout any updates or enhancements.

There was recently a major revamp of TimberwolvesTargetCenter, and after trying it now for a month or two I find myself with little reason to open TimberwolvesTargetCenter . The old version was not great, but the redesign is horrible.

I will try to be more specific. The info you want doesn’t show up when TimberwolvesTargetCenter opens. You have to figure out what tab to open. Looking for tickets or the schedule? They used to be available from the same place, a nice calendar that helped visualize when the games would be and let you dream about buying tickets. Now schedule and tickets are separate, I think, and they’re not even one of the tab choices. I haven’t taken the time to learn it all because it is no longer fun. This has to be costing the team money in lost ticket sales.

Videos can’t be switched to landscape mode. Come on. Sell me a microscope to watch on my iPhone X? Good thing I’m nearsighted.

What’s the difference between “all” and “overview?” Wait, don’t tell me. It’s not my responsibility as the end user to figure out your wonky nonsense. Hire some UX testers next time. TimberwolvesTargetCenter has been degraded from almost useful to let-me-go-find-my-laptop level worthless.

It hurts to think about how much was likely paid for this redesign. Competence is hard to find.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Finding seats is a cumbersome and timing sucking experience. There is no list view for tickets and thus you need to keep zooming into sections and clicking on individual seats. The filters don’t even work, so all tickets that are for sale show up no matter what you choose for you budget. The cynical side of me assumes that the wolves and/or nba purposely do this so you simply give up and pick any old seats, rather than the deal you want for less money. It actually makes me want to go to games less, which is an outstanding accomplishment for an app whose sole function is to help get you into the arena.

I miss the good old stub hub days when the corporations ripping you off for phantom taxes upon checkout weren’t the same ones listing ridiculous face value amounts for a lottery bound team.

When viewing pictures, TimberwolvesTargetCenter will freeze and kick you out. Sometimes TimberwolvesTargetCenter will randomly kick you out. There have been no new updates for TimberwolvesTargetCenter since it came out a year ago. Updates highly recommended!

Needs a lot of improvement, finding and buying tickets on it is a painful process. I dare say flashseats was even better from a buyers perspective. Not all that functional for someone trying to look at various resale options. The filter function doesn’t work correctly for number of seats. Overall a terrible app that makes buying (and likely selling if I’m having this much problems buying difficult)

I'm very pleased with TimberwolvesTargetCenter. Radio broadcast runs smoothly; everything you'd want to know about the team is right at your fingertips. TimberwolvesTargetCenter for the team is better than the actual team.

How is there a basketball app with a stats section that doesn’t have the +\- stat? They must not have people who like basketball working on it.

Clean interface, fits a need for all info about the Wolves. Great news before and after games, love the box score and shot chart during games! Love TimberwolvesTargetCenter!

This is the only way to purchase tickets for the MN Timberwolves. The filter is a joke. TimberwolvesTargetCenter will jump back when your searching for tickets.

After 30 minutes of trying to find tickets I threw my hands up and decided to watch the game on TV. No wonder Target Center looks so empty

I’ve purchased tickets numerous times and have a credit card stored in my profile yet I still have to manually type it in each time when buying tickets. Boo!

The watch and listen buttons at game time makes it seamless to catch the game live!

The game stats seem incorrect and lag too much to be useful while watching the game. Which is important because you really have to strain your neck to find a score or stats on the arena scoreboard.

Nonfunctional reset password can leave you stranded. Reset my account online and that worked. Annoying ad pops up at the bottom covering all useful navigation. Junk.

It's ridiculous that you can't watch the videos in TimberwolvesTargetCenter full screen. Also it would be cool if they updated TimberwolvesTargetCenter to be compatible with the iPhone X.

This needs to be improved. Slow to update or never updates. My tickets I purchased an hour ago don’t show to. Very poor.

Target Center will continue to be empty as long as this is the only way to buy tickets.

I love the Minnesota timberwolves and anyone who dose would love TimberwolvesTargetCenter

App only good for info and stats. Trying to listen to a game like app says I can do but no audio is working. I’m in Nebraska. Boooo!
