UtahJazzDeltaCenter along with Ticketmaster have made dealing with Jazz tickets so much harder, frustrating, upsetting, confusing. Overlay these feelings with limited customer support and I ask myself why I put up with this crap. I am sure tons of fans are getting tired of the hassle. At least the league and their owners can sleep better knowing they crushed the curb side scalpers.

I have used UtahJazzDeltaCenter twice for jr jazz tickets and both times have sucked!!! It doesn’t show I have the tickets but the confirmation email says I have and gives instructions on how to redeem them through UtahJazzDeltaCenter but now I’ve been working on it for an hour with no success. Instructions are incorrect or app just isn’t working but I am looking at a game tomorrow that I bought 3 extra tickets and I can’t get the tickets.

You have a major bug with UtahJazzDeltaCenter. It immediately displays a message “No internet connection” when on cellular data (LTE). Every other app I have worked fine. I was walking to the game last night, trying to get my tickets ready and it always gave me this error. Thankfully I could go the main Ticketmaster app (which worked perfectly) and pull them up in time. Please fix this.

The Jazz app is too slow. Singing in and out of my wife’s account was a disaster after we recently traveled out of the country. It would not take the correct password, let us reset the password or link to her Ticketmaster account. Finally had to cal 325DUNK and actually speak to a ticket agent. (Should also add that our rep did not call back to help either. Give me back flash seats. UtahJazzDeltaCenter has always been slow and buggy.

I liked the feature to be able to order food from UtahJazzDeltaCenter and there are some neat ideas with UtahJazzDeltaCenter . But it just lacks the polish of a really well-done app. It’s essentially just a wrapper around a bunch of web views, so it might as well just be accessible via a mobile website rather than requiring it to take up space on my phone (other than things like listening to the radio broadcast).

It was annoying that several screens took a long time to load. Many of them never did. If it were a native app, it would be significantly faster. I would love to dedicate a really nice, polished app to the Utah Jazz, but this doesn’t quite do it for me.

It would also be nice to be able to search for specific food items instead of having to go to each restaurant to look at their menu.

First of all on the wallpaper option it doesn’t let you save any of the wallpapers which makes it very hard to save them to your photos. Another this is in the photos section when you select save image it only saves the bottom half of the picture. I hope this feedback helped and Go Jazz!

I love the wallpapers and you should keep adding them. I love the Jazz and was excited when I saw UtahJazzDeltaCenter. It is an amazing app and I recommend it if you love the Jazz like me. The only thing that I don’t like in UtahJazzDeltaCenter is the search Twitter button. It kinda blocks some of the info, and you should just remove it completely. Thanks!!

I want to listen to the Jazz when they are playing. (Listen to them on my phone). I would like to just be able to listen why I look at the stats. Maybe there is s radio station I could listen too.

Was inbound to the Charlotte game from Southern Utah. We were late and I needed good parking. Downloaded UtahJazzDeltaCenter to pay for 3 vehicles. Somehow I ended up buying parking for the next weekend. Sent in help request, had a refund by Monday morning. I’ll use UtahJazzDeltaCenter for all my Jazz needs! Go Jazz ! Rip Kobe and all those who passed yesterday.

This is an amazing app! It is very useful to me and several hundred people using across Utah. I do have one question however… Before the recent update I was able to get Jazz screensavers every Wednesday but with the new update I can’t find them anymore? Are they still on UtahJazzDeltaCenter ? If they are, where?

This is a great app I can never go to the jazz game I went on Saturday the 28 of nov 2021 but I never get to go and I don’t have cable so I have this for stats and stuff and Donnovan or Rudy if you see this you guys are awesome

The Jazz is the NBA team I like. Personally, the jazz cannot buy a title let alone win one. I’d really like the Jazz win a title but I don’t think the Jazz will ever do it. They tried it but no luck, when they do, please come find me, I’d appreciate that.

If you have UtahJazzDeltaCenter, and the jazz win and score 111 points or over you can show them UtahJazzDeltaCenter and the next day they win you can get a free Arby’s roast beef sandwich! Which usually costs $4 that is a $20 value for just owning this free app! And amazing at showing jazz game stats, and so much more!

I hate that I have to sign in to two separate accounts to access my jazz tickets and Vivint event tickets. They’re in the same building just let me use one account.

They changed the side to side layout of team stats. It is visually hard to read. What was wrong with previous display. What was the purpose for the change. If it was intended to be an improvement what improved.

UtahJazzDeltaCenter is very clean and easy to use. Everything is organized and easily accessible.
