Warriors + Chase Center Reviews

WarriorsChaseCenter is nice when following news and game events but for season ticket holders it has become unusable. Even with the latest update that brought back a very limited vierson of seeing how tickets have sold or are selling it's still horrid compared to the older app. (about two versions ago). I still have no way on WarriorsChaseCenter to see what price my tickets are posted at and when I do update the price there is no way to visually confirm that the price did indeed update without logging into the actual Ticketmaster app and searching for my tickets under the buyers page. This is crazy and very bad for us sellers. Because of these issues I have already lost out on 2 games that didn't sell because I couldn't make them competitive. 2 stars is very generous and only because of the fan parts of WarriorsChaseCenter (scores, stats, calendar, and radio). Please get your relationship back on track with Ticketmaster.

(Updated) I used WarriorsChaseCenter feedback mechanism to voice my issues and displeasure, and someone responded within less than 24 hours to start working on the streaming issue. It was an issue with GPS boundaries and was resolved in about 3 days. I can now stream games reliably on my commute again! Score update seems faster as well, but not as timely as other apps.

Leaving at 4 stars because WarriorsChaseCenter still seems sluggish to me but might just me my “old” iPhone 6s...or my daughter’s iPhone 8.

This is horrible. 1) Won’t let me stream radio broadcast from home or on my commute like the old app. I live 40 mile away from San Fran. 2) WarriorsChaseCenter is slow to update....tonight game score didn’t register in WarriorsChaseCenter until the end of the 1st quarter. 3) WarriorsChaseCenter is SLOW to start and sits on the animated splash screen forever sometime getting stuck.

Combining the warriors app with the chase venue app was a poor idea. Even the 49ers and Levi’s stadium keep their apps separate.

Nothing new here except lots of ads for Chase Center events. Box scores and play by play are slow to update—I had to turn WarriorsChaseCenter off and on again to get updates. Next day stories and clips are thin. The one thing I missed in the old app was a running count of team fouls by quarter, and guess what?—it’s not here either. Otherwise it’s pretty good on stats if you toggle on the “show more” button, but there is no link from a player’s name to info about him. Can’t complain about the price, and unfortunately I haven’t seen a good alternative so...

I’ve been using WarriorsChaseCenter for quite awhile to get warriors specific game updates, states, content, etc. I’ve enjoyed WarriorsChaseCenter throughly. I however live nowhere near the Chase Center and didn’t download a chase center app. You’ve lost my interest in WarriorsChaseCenter and I’ll just be setting up notifications on ESPN’s app or NBA’s app instead. Suggestion: make them separate apps because one is a NBA team and the other is a event venue. This to me is the equivalent to a weather app putting weather on a tab and making the home page traveling advertisements. TLDR: Real cool, thanks for giving me content I don’t want, we don’t have enough of that going on in the world...

One time I was working on upgrading some of the places for Families in Transition and of course they needed financing.

A gorgeous woman who was giving$$$ heard me talking about the game the evening before and listened to me elaborating on DG’s clever, funny patter

Turns out her fiancé grew up with Draymond and even when he was little, he knew the importance of giving back

After a long day on the court he would go out in his neighborhood, gather all the kids keeping them off the streets and play play play

Lots of great players but what I love the most is a man that gives back and is funny while he’s doing it

I appreciate the values and character of each of the members of the team. Their unselfish play and work ethics in preparing for games is very inspiring. Watching their games is a real treat.
I think that the NBA should schedule fewer games per week to avoid the wear and tear on the bodies of these incredible athletes. God bless and strengthen each of you. Your joy in playing basketball is part of my joy in watching you.

Been a Warrior fan since they played in SF. Live in Hawaii now, but still a diehard Warrior (as well as A’s and Raiders!) fan. Sorry to see them move, but at least they’re only moving across the bay. Oakland has been a good home to them. When they move to SF, traffic will be horrendous! They should have stayed, the fans have been loyal and it’s an easier location to get to. And a lot of SF people are obnoxious bores! Oh well... GO WARRIORS!!!

Without having any television service this is the only way for me to keep track of the Dubs!! The interface is simple, easy to use and, cleanly lays out all the information, stats and, standings. I love being able to listen to the games on my phone when I can’t make it somewhere to watch the game on TV.

This new app is beautiful but not efficient as the old one. The old one was super efficient, showed more player info/links directly on box score, post game interview clips. Have to scroll through several pages to find the same info on new app... in fact, I usually give up trying. Can’t even find calendar format for schedule... have to scroll through consecutive dates.
Starting to use ESPN app during game time instead.
New app looks lovely but very cumbersome.
Can the old app still be loaded?? Please???!

I really use WarriorsChaseCenter a lot! Updated stories, team interviews, twitter posts, and during games you can see score and player stats. Absolutely required for game tickets and upgrades. Love NBA stats and rankings plus game schedule.
A bit disappointed with home page back screen has disappeared and sometimes score isn’t readable. Would love to have an app help option.

Interviews after the games are interesting. Though it is clear the players love playing, their maturity shows in their interviewing even though they do not like doing it. That they know they must do it to feed fan interest is laudable. And Steve Kerr is laudable every way. Nice site. I wish the site would provide links to Bay Area news sites, including Chronicle and M-News.

What more can you say about a team that shows the national NBA and the world how to respect one another as a team. They let everyone touch the ball that is on the floor weather they make a basket or not. Warriors show compassion to their teammates.
Carry on might warriors. You will go a long way with hat you have.....they can't take that away from you.

I honestly never write app reviews, but this one is an exception for me. As a fan, I keep WarriorsChaseCenter open before, during and after every game. Love having all the press conferences and highlights in one place. And when I’m stuck on the road during a game, it’s so easy to listen in to the radio coverage.

Thanks to the dev team and the Warriors org for WarriorsChaseCenter!

It’s a good app. I like the action-clips and some of the interviews. And I like the game-tracker a lot, and the stats that are associated with that page.

It’s not quite as easy to learn to navigate as the MLB app.
Also, the clips don’t always load and play, whereas MLB’s seems to always work smoothly. To be fair, I appreciate how quickly WarriorsChaseCenter puts game film up, and that speed of posting may have something to do with the glitches.

The old Warriors app with the box score, scoring chart, and access to tweets from the Warriors Twitter account was amazing. When games were on that I wasn’t able to watch, I could keep track of everything going on during the game, and the layout of WarriorsChaseCenter was very organized. The new Chase Center version is outdated and slow, and hardly focuses on the actual aspect of the team and basketball. Please bring back the old app for the true fans!!

Ever since the Chase Center update, WarriorsChaseCenter has gone downhill 😢This new way is hard to navigate and not user friendly in the slightest compared to the old version. The old version had amazing features, like one where you could choose the graphic of WarriorsChaseCenter to the bridge, the trophy, etc. If you could incorporate new ideas to the OLD version WITHOUT removing any features on the old version, it would be AMAZING.

They work hard, they play clean, they are the best in the league again this year. They are what competitive team sport is all about. I can’t see all of every game but I appreciate the notifications and information you provide! A big THANK YOU for keeping us in touch with our favorite team, the great Warriors of the Golden State!

Bring back the old Warriors app!!! Ever since the update, I’ve been logged out and unable to sign into my account. I’ve forgotten my password and I’m trying to reset it but I’m not receiving the password reset emails. I’ve tried repeatedly; they are not going into my Junk folder either. If I try to create a new account, after I enter a new email address and password, the “Continue” button does not work so I’m stuck. What’s worse is there is no proper support available. Give me back my Warriors app. I don’t want a Chase Center app!!!

App is cluttered with stuff I do not care about. I just want to follow the Warriors. Now I can’t even find what channel the latest game is on when before it was right on the schedule. The schedule itself was better in a calendar format. App deleted. If you must combine the Warriors and Chase Center into one app at least follow what the Sharks and SAP did. Make it so that you can choose what you prioritize first. When you click on that app it immediately goes to the Sharks page instead of wasting time about upcoming events at SAP center.
