I’ve not been able to get WellsFargoCenter to work appropriately unless I tell it to reset my password each time I log in. I know the password is good because I can log in from the internet with the password and when I change it for the mobile app it changes it for logging into system through the website. Definitely going to be printing my tickets for the foreseeable future until WellsFargoCenter becomes more reliable and user friendly.

WellsFargoCenter is constantly shutting down or doesn’t load. It’s very concerning since this is where our tickets are being held for our season Wings tickets. It often says password is invalid, when in fact it is correct. I would expect better from a large organization...

Just downloaded WellsFargoCenter to have tickets available for upcoming event. Cannot sign in as am told that, although I have typed in correct info (3x), sign in credentials invalid. What is the point of offering an app if it regularly does not work. Perhaps you could use funds from all of the ticket-associated fees to address this issue.

Latest iPhone version update of WellsFargoCenter opens to a background image only and eventually a pop up message says it appears there is no network connection. Every other app on the phone works fine. Useless to me.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. I have a valid account and I can’t log in to WellsFargoCenter . I can reset my password but then WellsFargoCenter crashes. I can’t retrieve my tickets at all. Utterly useless junk and the WFC should be embarrassed to be promoting WellsFargoCenter and fire whoever came up with it.

Doesn’t work. I’ve called customer service many times but WellsFargoCenter still only shows one of my seats not both which makes this useless. Great idea if WellsFargoCenter worked.

Horrible experience. It’s ridiculous the amount of time users have to reset their credentials. Now WellsFargoCenter is not sending reset link to users. Better development and quality testing is required.

Your app is garbage. My password works on the site but not in your app. Your best answer is to go to the box office. I shouldn’t have to waste my time doing that! Fix WellsFargoCenter or bring back paper tickets. Garbage app for a garbage team!
