I really like SanJoseSharksSAPCenter as a more convenient source than the website. I especially love being able to listen to the games via radio through SanJoseSharksSAPCenter !

Streaming game within SanJoseSharksSAPCenter do not respect system media controls for play/pause, and will randomly stop mid stream. If other audio is playing when app is launched, volume is lowered significantly until S+SAPC app is killed.

Liked old version better.

I usually don't upgrade to new versions, unless the old one is broken, or the new one has some great new feature. The old version Listen Live feature stopped working for some reason.

Got new version and fixed it so I can listen to the games. New version rearranged everything and the white background is way too bright (no more teal background). Found the live show but now has strange home and away buttons, and only one has game. Have to figure out where they put everything.

Might like it more as I find stuff, figure things out and turn my brightness way down.

You’d think that in the Silicon Valley the Sharks could find a good app developer. App keeps freezing during audio. Games are unlistenable. Go back to terrestrial radio until you can get this corrected!

Crashes A LOT.

An app has no business claiming audio focus unless the user chooses to play something. Please fix this.

This works fine on my iphone, but not at all on my tablet.

12 Mar 2021: After deleting & re-installing this SanJoseSharksSAPCenter: San Jose Sharks + SAP Center Mobile app, still there is no Audio/Sound. :(

The new update has some nice ticket management functions built in, though they aren't perfect, but pretty much everything else stinks now. You can only listen to the audio stream now while SanJoseSharksSAPCenter is open and active. Who wants to sit with their phone open and monopolized? The old app would let you switch to other things while listening or at least turn your phone off and it would keep playing. So now I use the KFOX app to listen to games instead which doesn't have these shortcomings.

They took away what used to be truly excellent scoring notifications. That was the best thing about SanJoseSharksSAPCenter and now it's gone.

Good luck finding box scores or other information about the games. Completely unintuitive where it used to be front and center.

Seriously I am so tired of the organization falling all over themselves to make the season ticket holders feel special at the expense of making everyone else a second class citizen. SanJoseSharksSAPCenter is a prime example. Oh look you can order food from your seat oops but only if you are in club level seats! Hey look here's an app to manage your tickets and literally every single other function is just an afterthought.

I've been a shark pak holder for a decade but apparently I'm just crap because I don't hold season tickets.

Glad to finally see a new update for SanJoseSharksSAPCenter seeing as how SanJoseSharksSAPCenter crashes every single time try to open it. This has been this way for a LONG time and here finally a fix... but wait the new update fixes NOTHING!!! Still crashes every single time you try to open it. Really looks good for the Silicon Valley team to have an app that doesn’t work and hasn’t in forever!! I still get my notifications (as I’ve had SanJoseSharksSAPCenter for awhile) but can’t even access SanJoseSharksSAPCenter whatsoever. If it weren’t for the notifications (although I can’t make changes to these as I can’t open SanJoseSharksSAPCenter ) SanJoseSharksSAPCenter would be pure useless!

Would expect better from an NHL team, especially one from the tech capital!!

No stars the update ruined SanJoseSharksSAPCenter. RUINED! I used the old version all the time to listen to the games now I have to have SanJoseSharksSAPCenter open to listen, meaning I can't do anything else on my phone while listening and if my phone goes to sleep the game turns off it is so annoying. Also they got rid of score notifications. This used to be my favorite app on my phone now it's my least favorite and most frustrating. We are sharks fans we want SanJoseSharksSAPCenter for updates on the team and listening to the games we don't care about tours of SAP center or ordering food while were there. whoever designed SanJoseSharksSAPCenter just wasn't thinking moronic like I said they ruined SanJoseSharksSAPCenter. To the developers ...fix it!

I live on the East Coast & can't make it to Sharks games. SanJoseSharksSAPCenter is now geared more toward those attending the games. I am a Sharks fan who wishes to follow the games. I don't like that the only way to listen to the game is with SanJoseSharksSAPCenter open. You can't listen to the game & do anything else on your phone & your phone can't even go into sleep mode or the audio stops. I also don't like that the Gamecenter now goes to the NHL site. The old app was so much better. I wish I could go back to the old app. Too many unnecessary features like seat upgrades and ticketing & stadium stuff. They need to have a stadium app & get this stuff out of our Sharks app. :-(

The worst hockey app conceivable. Is there a game going on right now? No idea, because SanJoseSharksSAPCenter doesn't say. Who is on the team? Not important enough to put in SanJoseSharksSAPCenter , just a link to the sharks website. When is the next game? Good luck finding the schedule page, and when you do its going to be in list form, so I hope you know what day of the week March 15th is going to be.
If you are going to make a cash grab by inserting payment services into SanJoseSharksSAPCenter then it would behove you to make an app people want to use.
And also respond to feedback, everyone has hated SanJoseSharksSAPCenter for months now. At the very least roll back to the old version until you can get it together.

I would venture to say that there are a greater number of people that used SanJoseSharksSAPCenter for game updates and listening to the radio feature than the number of people attending a game. Then compare that to the number of people at the game that would actually utilize SanJoseSharksSAPCenter for their Shark Tank experience.....

The bottom line is the original setup served a great purpose - keeping fans updated with game time action, stats, schedules, highlights, and news. If there is a market for enhancing in-person game experiences, I'm not against that. But there really should have been a completely separate app created for such a function. I have since deleted SanJoseSharksSAPCenter .

This is supposed to be the complete tool for using tickets and managing them for season ticket holders. HOWEVER, there are problems. If you try to transfer your tickets from the manage tickets screen without selecting the "manage" from the upper right, you will transfer all your tickets for that game. If you select the "manage" then select ONE game you can select your seats to transfer. Don't try to select multiple games. If you do so it will hang and spin forever. Also, if you transfer tickets to someone they MUST use SanJoseSharksSAPCenter. If they log onto Ticketmaster they will not see their tickets.

Thanks for listening and adding back a calendar view of the schedule and making the home page more useful with news, videos and pictures.

I just opened it to check tonight's start time - and it is right on top of the home page! So much more user focused on what info we are looking for.

Much like the way fan service has gone dramatically downhill in the past year, so has the service provided by SanJoseSharksSAPCenter. Everything that used to be streamlined through the interface (roster, schedule, stats) now looks like it was developed in 1996. Pages now require scroll bars (which don't work). The game radio function only works if SanJoseSharksSAPCenter is front-loaded and constantly active -- it doesn't broadcast if the phone is locked or if you push SanJoseSharksSAPCenter to the background. Considering that SAP is supposed to be the "innovator of technology," SanJoseSharksSAPCenter couldn't be further from the truth.

The new app actually works fairly well. In progress game updates are quick, listen live feature is very cool, fairly easy to navigate as well. The big problem is that the news feature, articles about the team, are no longer present. To view any news or photos, you have to be a Twitter user. Too bad.

The only thing good about the latest update is ticket management.... everything else is now harder to find and slower. You have to dig into multiple menus to get the score, and the score alerts are turned off, it doesn't even tell you what network the game is on(csnca, NBC sports, NHL network...) I am now going to spend the next hour trying to figure out how to install the old version of SanJoseSharksSAPCenter . I never do app reviews but this update makes me want to warn every other sharks fan out there

SanJoseSharksSAPCenter is very fond of freezing first itself and then my entire phone every time i try to access my tickets which is hmmmmmm bad. maybe y’all are trying to do too much by having one app for the sharks, the barracuda, the SAP center, AND the solar ice thing? anyway i paid like $1800 for season tickets and i have such a hard time accessing them it’s terrible

Works sometime, not others. Doesn’t allow transfer to Apple wallet nor to someone else. For an organization that wants to be all mobile ticketing, the Sharks are really missing the mark with SanJoseSharksSAPCenter

SanJoseSharksSAPCenter used to work for me, but for the past several months it has not worked at all. It shows the splash page, then closes. When I view all of my open apps it shows up, but when I try to open it from there it closes. I keep hoping an update will fix it, but so far nothing.

Mobile ticketing system is absolute garbage. Too many hoops to jump through for transferring and you introduce additional parties when you used to just print from home. And here's one more thought... what if someone doesn't have a smartphone? Worst idea you can have. Sharks organization making a stupid move like they're trying to emulate the 1-9 49ers.

SanJoseSharksSAPCenter covers everything you could possibly want as a Sharks fan. Everything. Incredible app!

App was working fine the other day prior to the recent update. Now it’s completely useless and won’t open at all. It still posts banner messages. But even when you tap on those to launch SanJoseSharksSAPCenter , it crashes. Very bad timing, considering we’re in the Western Conference Finals. Please fix STAT!

I put on notifications for Sharks and Barracuda games and I received them for a short period of time. Now I get zero notifications. I don’t know how to solve this and I really don’t care, the My Teams app is debatably better.

The most recent update has caused the rocket function to basically break. I can no longer mange tickets and accept transfers even after locking in and authorizing it a million times. If you are going to switch your tickets to an app and not allow printable tickets... they better work.

Slow to launch, crashes often - ticket functionality very buggy - for the last two months have been unable to add tickets to Apple Wallet - which I want to do so I don’t have to try to load SanJoseSharksSAPCenter when at the door of the stadium.

Please add the ability to add a game into my calendar so that when I have tickets, I can add it. It would help to avoid scheduling conflicts on game nights.

App crashes when you try and transfer tickets to your Apple Wallet

Too bad a team in the silicone valley has such a terrible app. It will freeze your phone, the scanners at the rink frequently reject you, and the picture page have more photos of the opposing team. Very disappointed in the technology and design

You would think that since The Sharks force you to use SanJoseSharksSAPCenter for ticket management at the game it would actually work well. I have to delete it and reinstall frequently to have my tickets come up. Must be an SAP product.

Well I was wrong. Can’t even see a bisual map of tickets around my area to see what they are being priced. The “similar tickets” is soooo far off it’s laughable. Tickmaster+ is horrible.
