Force Stop the Ally App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ally app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ally app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ally.
