Summary of UKG EZCall Problems 🔥

- First version could not be logged in, updated one has same issue.

- Attempted to request vacation twice and all that I’ve done is generated four sets of requests for the same times, all of which include the weekends and all of which had to be deleted.

- Update has made program useless. Login just spins trying to "process request". Can no longer access app.

How to fix UKG EZCall app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UKG EZCall app on iPhone
Update UKG EZCall app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UKG EZCall iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UKG EZCall on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UKG EZCall network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UKG EZCall Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UKG EZCall not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UKG EZCall App
1. On android, goto Settings » UKG EZCall » click [Force Stop]

Update UKG EZCall to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UKG EZCall App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UKG EZCall » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UKG EZCall.

Fix UKG EZCall unable to contact server/ UKG EZCall internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UKG EZCall » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UKG EZCall » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UKG EZCall
