Can’t publish partial month schedule so long term vacation can not be seen. We rely on the old system so UKGEZCall is essentially irrelevant.

Should be called not so ezcall- really difficult to work with and sign in and read- all around poor

Again- does not work. Garbage.

Let’s see — so far, I have attempted to request vacation twice and all that I’ve done is generated four sets of requests for the same times, all of which include the weekends and all of which I had to delete because they were not usable. I had to delete them one by one which did not make me happy. This is my third attempt to submit my request and I am going to try submitting Tuesday through Friday which may solve the problem. Fingers crossed! This should have been much easier. Why can’t it work like Airbnb or any other app that involves dates?

Phone app maddening. Different functionality than computer view. Horrible support, if you’re lucky enough to reach the correct team.

This is the worst scheduling app I’ve ever used. The interface isn’t user friendly and the functionality is limited. I used shiftadmin before and loved it.

Great mobile app! Could use a few more tweaks but contains 95% functionality of full program. Our group has fully embraced the entire pkg!

Feb 2018:
Update has made program useless. Login just spins trying to "process request". Can no longer access app. Old app was reliable.

UKGEZCall is convenient but not functional efficiently. When a switch is made, it doesn’t update the schedule. Also, you could only make full shift switches when quite often we’re doing a 4 hour block of coverage. Unfortunately, it doesn’t give that option.

Maybe it needed updating but since I rely on the monthly view and that won’t work on the new app I am pretty disappointed. It’s also a pain to change whose schedule you want to look at without logging on and off.

It is nice to see tallies if 1st and 2nd calls, as well as Fri and Sat. But I don't see an equitable distribution of assignments. Last month I had three number 3 assignments in a row. And my calls were bunched into two weeks with no calls the rest of the month.

Can’t pull up department schedule. Things seem to malfunction on a regular basis

Need dark mode to improve visibility at night

I would find it so much more useful if it could open with “current schedule” rather than “my schedule”. I suggested this years ago, and was told that perhaps future versions would leverage force-touch to choose opening behavior - or, allow that within settings.

Please, it would be such an improvement. I prefer to view my own schedule via calendar feed into my phone’s native calendar; my sole objective when opening UKGEZCall is to see who ELSE is on call.

Extremely user unfriendly. Worst of any schedule program i have ever used.

UKGEZCall is quicker than it used to be, and is more convenient to use.

Love the directory section! So easy to use. Also like that I can subscribe to my calendar directly within UKGEZCall !!

Very useful for tracking and changing the call schedule in our practice. We have a large group with very complex schedule and UKGEZCall accounts for that complexity. Web and mobile based access is great.

UKGEZCall got facelift, first version could not be logged in, updated one has same issue. Could you please remove the new one, put blue face back to App Store.

What costs $1 per year and is easy to view?
- A cheap calendar and a pen

What costs $$$Thousands$$$ and is difficult to read?
- this nonsense schedule app

UKGEZCall requires that you also download software that TRACKS YOUR LOCATION...

So choose to spend thousands $$$ learn to do a lot of scheduling duties yourself (self-serve scheduling) and have your location monitored by your employer...OR... just use a paper calendar and a marking pen.

I am a doctor who happens to think my time is better spent with patients than using a self-serve scheduling application. This product is a waste of money and drains time. Zero to 1 star product.

Works very well. Very smooth and user friendly. Only suggestion would be ability to export the calendar so I don't have to manually enter it into my phone.
