  You lost me at WHOOPSIE

  When I signed my little team up for this group chat app, It was free for small groups up to 15. Today my desktop screen says whoopsie you’ve exceeded your free account requirements. Well we haven’t done anything different. You’ve changed something and now it’s only free if you have 5 users. You now want $10/month per user. My very small business team of 6 would have to pay $60/month. Ugh, no thank you. 😭 First of all five is too small of a group for most people to try it and $10/mo per user is too much $ for what you offer. Sorry but you lost me at Whoopsie. We were willing to use the free version with all the restrictions because we really just need to share text messages and small docs and maybe a video or screen shot every now and then. It’s really no different than a Facebook group or conversations in Asana. So there I will go. FOR FREE.

  Worst app

  I use this app to check my schedule but it brings me to the webpage instead, what a waste of my phone storage. What’s the point of the app if I can just use the website instead.

  App keeps crashing before I can signup

  The app keeps crashing before I can sign up to my business. I can't get past the signup page.

  Excellent Collaboration Platform

  UPDATE: Convo is STILL my team's go-to virtual office. It's an asset to my company and allows for real-time communication and collaboration between all team members. Get Convo if you want your team connected and engaged!

  Needs a Couple of Things

  I would like to see the app gain the ability to post pictures, this seems to be an unnecessary oversight. It also needs settings for the push notifications. At the moment they're linked to email notifications. If an email notification is on it will push, if the email notification is off it won't. This makes for redundant notifications and unnecessarily overloaded inboxes.

  Pretty good - needs a few things for 5 stars

  I've tried Slack, Ryver, Moxtra, RocketChat, and others, and Convo is showing the most promise, mainly due to its ability to annotate images. I would however need three key features for it to be my top choice: 1/ Ability to edit a post after posting 2/ Ability to do ad-hoc group calls (audio-only is fine; audio+screen-sharing would be ideal) 3/ Google Drive integration Also would love to always view a post's comments in threaded view, or flattened but with option to sort by most recent comments first (reverse chronological) Bonus: Integrations with Gitlab, Jira, and the like
