When I signed my little team up for this group chat app, It was free for small groups up to 15. Today my desktop screen says whoopsie you’ve exceeded your free account requirements. Well we haven’t done anything different.

You’ve changed something and now it’s only free if you have 5 users. You now want $10/month per user. My very small business team of 6 would have to pay $60/month. Ugh, no thank you. 😭

First of all five is too small of a group for most people to try it and $10/mo per user is too much $ for what you offer. Sorry but you lost me at Whoopsie.

We were willing to use the free version with all the restrictions because we really just need to share text messages and small docs and maybe a video or screen shot every now and then.

It’s really no different than a Facebook group or conversations in Asana. So there I will go. FOR FREE.

Convo keeps crashing before I can sign up to my business. I can't get past the signup page.

I use Convo to check my schedule but it brings me to the webpage instead, what a waste of my phone storage. What’s the point of Convo if I can just use the website instead.

I would like to see Convo gain the ability to post pictures, this seems to be an unnecessary oversight. It also needs settings for the push notifications. At the moment they're linked to email notifications. If an email notification is on it will push, if the email notification is off it won't. This makes for redundant notifications and unnecessarily overloaded inboxes.

Missing retina support and feels non-native (obviously jQuery Mobile or something similar).

It’s a great app, sounds doesn’t work for some users though.

Please add an option for right to left direction as default

I've tried Slack, Ryver, Moxtra, RocketChat, and others, and this app is showing the most promise, mainly due to its ability to annotate images. I would however need three key features for it to be my top choice:

1/ Ability to edit a post after posting
2/ Ability to do ad-hoc group calls (audio-only is fine; audio+screen-sharing would be ideal)
3/ Google Drive integration

Also would love to always view a post's comments in threaded view, or flattened but with option to sort by most recent comments first (reverse chronological)

Bonus: Integrations with Gitlab, Jira, and the like

Makes collaboration easier and efficient. I love the content overlays that enables conversation with context.

Use Convo with my work team, and I love it. It's beautiful, well designed and makes email irrelevant.

The this app loop is now complete. Great desktop & web apps and now mobile too. Kudos to the guys/gals at this app. Keep up the good work!

UPDATE: this app is STILL my team's go-to virtual office. It's an asset to my company and allows for real-time communication and collaboration between all team members.

Get this app if you want your team connected and engaged!
