Probably the worst banking app
I left this bank solely on how trash the mobile app is. It randomly doesn’t let you sign in with your fingerprint or Face ID. You can’t reset your password from the app and you have to call and wait on customer support just to reset it. Charges stay pending for days and even weeks. The features are barebones and the app looks like it was made in 2005. Great bank if you don’t need or want mobile banking but if you do, it’s a deal breaker.

Upgrade bc it’s behind others
The app should give me a pie chart/breakdown on where my money is being spent the most. As well as give me the option to roll my change over into my savings account and charge my checking account in whole dollar amount. Plus I it need to stop glitching on iPhones and stop making me look at none new updates every time I login.

I worked at ‘SmartBank’ before it became SmartBank and honestly, the app is one of the multiple reasons I’m slowly moving everything to another local bank. It never works. It’ll log you out after you’ve logged in just because. It’s just so full of bugs that it’s a hassle anymore. For such a large bank, you’d think their app would be a little more efficient.
