I have a problem with Sub Rosa

- Sub Rosa browser tends to crash after signing into email through OWA

- "pkwebmail error" often occurs

- Does not allow full access features when entering sites like DTS, GEARS, & AFFMS

- Unresolved issue for navy reservists trying to access a navy system called NSIPS

- Outdated cord in the box (micro/usb-a)

Each time I am in the app and I get off the app, then it stops working…I have to delete the office and then redownload it. Very aggravating

To resolve Sub Rosa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Sub Rosa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sub Rosa » click [Force Stop]

Clear Sub Rosa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sub Rosa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sub Rosa.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sub Rosa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sub Rosa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sub Rosa
