Have subscribe to Gigalife App with Smart. Has always worked until recently. Topped off load and added more date load. Phone not responding at all. Have restarted phone and check for any updates. Good on updates. Phone connects on home wifi but not when I'm out now.

How to fix GIGA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GIGA app on iPhone
Update GIGA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GIGA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GIGA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GIGA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GIGA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GIGA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GIGA App
1. On android, goto Settings » GIGA » click [Force Stop]

Update GIGA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GIGA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GIGA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GIGA.

Fix GIGA unable to contact server/ GIGA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GIGA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GIGA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GIGA
