News articles not down loading for the past three weeks. Home page is not working. All personalized categories have articles 3-4 weeks old with no new updates.

Almost a week now since the app and website have sown any news. Either PressReader (the owners) have abandoned the service, or a serious catastrophe has hit their servers. Just renewed Premium. I hope not about to get ripped off! Wish someone would at least tweet or say something about what's happening.

How to fix News360 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the News360 app on iPhone
Update News360 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall News360 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix News360 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve News360 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

News360 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix News360 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the News360 App
1. On android, goto Settings » News360 » click [Force Stop]

Update News360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear News360 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » News360 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart News360.

Fix News360 unable to contact server/ News360 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click News360 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto News360 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
