How to fix MyPics app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyPics app on iPhone
Update MyPics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyPics iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyPics on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyPics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyPics Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyPics not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyPics App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyPics » click [Force Stop]

Update MyPics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyPics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyPics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyPics.

Fix MyPics unable to contact server/ MyPics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyPics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyPics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
