unable to open attachments and photos sent by contractor..

When typing in drafts new message will only type in highlight yellow, receive messages ok. Formatting does not do anything. Suddenly started on 4 different devices. Can’t use messages to communicate.

How to fix Buildertrend app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Buildertrend app on iPhone
Update Buildertrend app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Buildertrend iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Buildertrend on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Buildertrend network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Buildertrend Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Buildertrend not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Buildertrend App
1. On android, goto Settings » Buildertrend » click [Force Stop]

Update Buildertrend to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Buildertrend App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Buildertrend » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Buildertrend.

Fix Buildertrend unable to contact server/ Buildertrend internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Buildertrend » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Buildertrend » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Buildertrend
