A while back this app were using publicly available info for security questions via Lexis Nexus and I couldn't log in because it was using info that wasn't mine. They finally fixed it, and now I can't log in again, this time because BOH doesn't recognize my info. I can log into the website but I can't log in to BOH . this app I am going to jump ship if you guys can't get BOH thing down.

BOH so far is good but my main concern is how it will ask for an authentication and if you attempt 3 times and your password is accidentally inputted wrong, it will disable your app. This poses as a huge problem because the customer service line is not 24/7. This may cause a huge inconvenience to people who do not carry cash and strictly rely on either transferring funds in between cards, pulling out money from an ATM, etc.

Why do I have to enter my email address when it’s already on record/on file? If I’m already receiving my statements and other bank communiques via email, it just seems redundant to have to enter my email address, right?

It’s been a few days since I’ve been able to access BOH . It even went so far as to lock me out as I tried to log in. It says my device isn’t authorized but it’s the same device I’ve always used. I’ve called customer support twice and they’ve called me back once but on all occasions they couldn’t help me. I can log onto the website but not BOH .

I can’t get in again. This has happened several times. It’s not recognizing the device I always use. This is frustrating!

BOH hasn’t been working properly for me shortly after the recent update. I have t been able to access my accounts since yesterday and have had to use the desktop site.

Every time I try to open BOH I receive this message: “Error. Request failed: internal server error (500).”

I retry and get a second message: “Error. This service is momentarily unavailable. Try again or come back later.”

And I’ve been coming back multiple times since yesterday and still the same.

I’ve also tried to delete BOH and reinstall. Still the same. It’s quite inconvenient. Please fix.

I’ve been a this app client since 1995, and I have always been satisfied with the service that I have received. Now, with the convenience of electronic banking I am pleased to continue with this app even though I’m an ocean away from my home branch

Easiest bank to bank with by far. Hassle free transactions and quick service. Their ATMs inside and out are nearly never out of service and if they are, the tellers are quick and to the point to allow fast deposits and withdrawals. BOH is also the most well put together app among all the bank apps. I can transfer between my accounts in seconds, deposit checks on the fly and BOH is only under maintenance once or twice a YEAR. BOH and this bank is clearly the superior bank. If you’re not banking with Bank of Hawaii; hwaii not?!

I’ve been using mobile banking for almost 5 years and I haven’t had any problems. Everything from cardless cash to account transfers make it super convenient.

BOH worked faultlessly until the last update. I can’t get in anymore, it just gives me an error 0014 notification.

In this time of the covert virus, thank you for making something so easy, where we can diminish The amount person to person contact

I definitely love BOH, it helps me save gas and time especially. I recommend BOH 100% most especially its easy to pay installments online.

Can’t access app. keeps giving me error 14 pls try again.. So I keep trying again, again, and again. No luck! Same as online clicked on my area type in my user i.d press enter, and all it does is refreshes the same page.. PLS FIX

Mobile deposit is very convenient, user friendly and fast. I’m a very busy person and no time to go to the bank, what more to wait in line! This feature has been very helpful for a busy mom like me.

I had a problem with this app app before because it cannot verify my mobile number for unknown reason. I hated the fact that you need to go to the bank first to tell them that you wanted to have the this app app activated unlike other banks. Anyway to cut the long story short, I was frustrated with BOH so I ended up deleting BOH and used the online website instead.

Then recently, the bank teller told me that BOH is working good now in our place, so I downloaded it again. I was amazed with the simplicity and beauty of BOH .

Your this app ways of depositing check into our account is so convenient, moreso that this system is very accessible and timing in our pandemic. You have an advanced thinking on the future happening. Means only this app is looking on the benefit of each account holders. I may say.... Thank you so much.

I would like to say that when I first try using BOH, it actually made things more convenient like helping me transfer money through different accounts, checking my balance was easy and withdrawing from the ATM with just two steps was awesome....I really like BOH it actually works for me 100%

It’s great to be able to Transfer funds to/from accounts online, especially with the COVID pandemic and high gas prices. This feature makes it so convenient for customers.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for all the help from this app! In my need of assistance this app assisted me in reopening my account. I needed an institution to deposit my first check since May of 2019. My last deposit stimulated some hope but I knew that would be temporal. Now that I am reemployed, I am proud to be accepted as Ohana and able to bank with a safe, secured, and emphatic institution!
