Again, BOH? I can't log into the app

A while back BOH were using publicly available info for security questions via Lexis Nexus and I couldn't log in because it was using info that wasn't mine. They finally fixed it, and now I can't log in again, this time because the app doesn't recognize my info. I can log into the website but I can't log in to the app. BOH I am going to jump ship if you guys can't get the app thing down.

This app so far is good but my main concern is how it will ask for an authentication and if you attempt 3 times and your password is accidentally inputted wrong, it will disable your app. This poses as a huge problem because the customer service line is not 24/7. This may cause a huge inconvenience to people who do not carry cash and strictly rely on either transferring funds in between cards, pulling out money from an ATM, etc.

Why do I have to enter my email address when it’s already on record/on file? If I’m already receiving my statements and other bank communiques via email, it just seems redundant to have to enter my email address, right?
