How to fix DotSpirit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DotSpirit app on iPhone
Update DotSpirit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DotSpirit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DotSpirit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DotSpirit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DotSpirit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DotSpirit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DotSpirit App
1. On android, goto Settings » DotSpirit » click [Force Stop]

Update DotSpirit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DotSpirit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DotSpirit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DotSpirit.

Fix DotSpirit unable to contact server/ DotSpirit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DotSpirit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DotSpirit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
