BDubs was buggy at best. It stopped accepting payments and would take so long to process an order that your pickup time would be delayed by 20-40 minutes by the time it was done. They just changed their Tuesday wing policy to be dine-in only, so there’s no reason to have BDubs at all, anymore. On top of that, you can get wings if you dine in, but they won’t let you take home your leftovers. Supposedly they inform you before you order, but that didn’t happen until they restaurant told us they were refusing to take home the few leftover wings that WE ORDERED! The good news is, I’ve been spending way to much money on their overpriced food that isn’t even that good (let’s be honest, besides the sauce, B-Dubs is barely better than fast food) for the last couple of decades. I did wing night every Tuesday for years. Imagine what I can do with all of this extra money! Thank you, B-Dubs, for saving me from myself! Better food for less money is now in my future and I couldn’t be happier about it.

Both of the last 2 times I’ve tried to place an order for pickup on BDubs (about a month apart) I get an error when I try to confirm the order. Their website does the exact same thing (both times). Get it together B-Dubs. Thankfully there’s a Wingstop just as close to me

Update: deleting and reinstalling fixes the issue with not being able to finalize orders. Very annoying.

Now when I go to order I get a notice that “no promotional items are available at this time” and, since this is the page where the wings are, I can only order literally anything except wings. Deleting/reinstalling does not fix this. It doesn’t matter if I choose a different restaurant or anything else. I just can’t order wings with BDubs anymore. The thing this place is named after. There’s no wings section when you go to “full menu.” BDubs is broken I don’t know why I even still try

I ordered wings for a co-worker and myself for lunch. We work night shift so our lunch is late, 9:30 pm. Ordered through BDubs , paid online- BDubs made me pay ahead. I get there and they can’t find the order, the check the computer and the kitchen- nothing. Ask if I have an email confirmation. I didn’t. I thought maybe my order didn’t go through, but I on BDubs it said “order received” and had a receipt. I couldn’t bring that up either because I checked out as a guest. At this point I couldn’t even wait for them to put the order in because I only get a half hour lunch. So I walked out, with no food. Before I got in my car though I decided to check my credit card app, to see if I got charged, sure enough there was a charge. So the store couldn’t give me a refund and the only proof I had was the charge on my credit card, so I left without food to eat for lunch, wasted my time going there and was charged.

Don’t even bother downloading this application for iOS. Everything works with the exception of one thing... and it’s the most important function of the application. When you go to submit your order on Tuesday or Thursday using the Wing Special, you will get a message saying “Uh oh, we had a technical difficulty processing your order”. I refuse to call any of the three BWW’s near my location because their Managers never provide enough staffing up front, and you get put on hold for five minutes before (hoping) anyone will come back to the phone. It’s very clear Buffalo Wild Wings employees only want to make their tips, and not deal with To-Go orders because every location near me always has this error. If I order anything else which isn’t Thursday/Tuesday wing specials, the system always works. They just don’t want to give a promotional price, I guess.

For a while BDubs was totally fine. Then about two months or so ago - it just stopped working. I can literally do everything until I hit “check out” then BDubs goes basically blank, constantly loads, or times out. I always end up having to call the store instead - which usually means being put on hold for a decade. I would ALWAYS prefer to order through an app/online versus calling in because I’m
able to create all notes for any substitutions or changes to a menu item. I’m able to set a pick up time. When you call in - you can’t guarantee they understood you and if you tell them a time, more often than not, they put the food in anyway and it’s just waiting or you to arrive. Fix your app or just take it off the market.

I’m giving 2 stars because the menu is at least easy to read and it gives nutritional values and all that, which honestly is helpful. What’s not helpful is that I’ve used BDubs multiple times, but it never saves my information, (phone number, card number, etc). Also, it signs me out after every use, which isn’t the biggest deal in the world but annoying none the less. BDubs seems to be very hit and miss. My biggest annoyance with it is that sometimes it gives me the option to pay on BDubs , (which I always prefer), and sometimes it won’t. I wouldn’t mind if it gave me a reason, but it just seems random. I LOVE B-Dubs, but BDubs is SO ANNOYING.

Just call dont waste your time with BDubs. I have spoken with the GM of my location, the store manager, and more... Cant add wings and check out. Always errors out. When I asked I was told that it is because they are always out of wings and yet you can order on the phone. Never works on Tuesday or Thursday and Saturday. IOS up to date, app up to date. Didnt work last week, didnt work today. Its a shame too because I eat there a lot and BDubs worked for a while. Wish they would update it or something. Just to add something, I just went to their website and tried to order, and wouldnt you know after another 20 minutes of adding things, I got the UH OH! So i think BWW’s is doing it on purpose because of the 1/2 priced wings.

I’ll happily redo this review but based on the past few “updates” I don’t expect it will be anytime soon. BDubs is TRASH ok that might be a bit of exaggeration but if the goal is to allow users to order food then BDubs misses the mark. Completely frustrating to order the only way I know if order goes through is “if” I get an email. Tried on iPad and iPhone.

I have ordered from BDubs a few times now - on more than one occasion it has ordered from the wrong location (last time I specifically made a point to tell those I was with I had better make sure to change it to the correct one, did so, and it changed it back to the location I had ordered from last).

Another bummer - have a gift card I’d like to use but there’s no way to enter it in BDubs .

Also, if I sign in to my account why wouldn’t it automatically use my order to add to my rewards account - no reason they shouldn’t be linked.

If I had rated it BDubs a few months ago I'd have given it 3-4 stars but now 1 star is generous. Fix these things below and I'll change it to 5 stars.

1) The last two times I've ordered it hasn't allowed me to complete the checkout. I get all the way to "Place Order" and that yellow bar for "Place Order" at the bottom of BDubs is grayed out and will no longer allow me to press it. Ugh !! I then had to go online to place my order and that's not as user friendly as BDubs has been.

2) When I order through BDubs I have never seen the ability to go ahead and enter my credit card info to be able to pay through BDubs before I get to the store. I'd like this to be like so many other restaurant apps that allow you to pay via BDubs . Your BWW website lets one pay online. Why not BDubs ?

3) Merge this B-Dubs app with the Blazin' Rewards app. It is ridiculous to have to order here but go into the other app to "Check In" once at the store. Really??

I’ve had BDubs for a very long time it used to work great and never had problems. For the past couple of months or so BDubs has never worked right. They just had a few updates of bug fixes but the issues are all the same. It used to be that I couldn’t get past the white screen when trying to check out but now it’s gotten a lot worse where I try to tap on ANYTHING to add it to the cart BDubs freezes up and can’t click on anything. I’ve restarted BDubs several times to have the same thing happened even deleted then downloaded BDubs again still the same thing.

I’ve read others complaining about the same issue, and it’s been an issue for months. Every once in awhile, I wonder if it has been addressed and attempt again. What’s the point in an app for online ordering if it doesn’t work? Calling to place the order, being put on hold for 10 minutes and then told the wait time will be 30+ minutes gets really frustrating after you’ve gone through the whole process. If BDubs worked properly then you could see there would be a 40 minute wait before going through the inconvenience of this process. Fix BDubs or get rid of it.

So, for a while I haven’t been able to Place an Order via BDubs because once I got to Check out, the “Review Order” screen remains blank. Everytime I go to order I forget this problem exists and I’m salty every time. It’s nothing to go to the Website via Web Browser to place an order because it works fine on the Web... i have to delete BDubs so I don’t keep forgetting it doesn’t work, lol but I love everything about it until it’s time to check out...

So just fix that little problem, and BDubs will be all good!

I have been using BDubs to order for a very long time - but today when I tried to place an order everything went really well until 'Checkout' - where I was directed to a page that said 'Review Your Order' but that page was totally blank! No matter how many times I tried to get to that page (even after doing a hard reset on my phone) the exact same problem occurred. I also tried to get to your support page from BDubs store for help and it said the page no longer exists. I agree with another review - either fix BDubs or take it down!

As other reviews have pointed out, everything works great until you get to the checkout area after which you’ll get one of two results: 1. A blank screen, or 2. An error message saying to try again. What’s better is that the Safari page on mobile has the same issue at the exact same place with a popup message that says “Uh oh! Something went wrong! Try again later.”

You’d think they’d have this fixed after a year or two of it doing that, but... Don’t bother with BDubs until it’s fixed. No point in having it unless you just wanna use it to peruse the menu or something.
