Mob Control Status

I've noticed that whilst in the 15 minute ×2 power play, I'm having a lot of occurrences when I'm using Optimus Prime. As he transforms and dumps out a load of my Mobs, the screen tends to freeze and ALL of my many Mobs that I've been populating the screen with vanish completely. I have proof in the form of a screen recording, but it might be too big a file to post here. Is there another way for me to send the screen recording please?

Hey guys, this is a awesome game, only problem I'm having is during play while I'm not around WiFi, the game will stop mid play for no reason that I see, I could have all my bars on my phone and it still shut down while playing, any solutions???

Continually crashes usually at the end of a gamde.

Mob Control not working. When I click on battle, it loads the next screen and stops. It doesn't go any further and I will have to reboot the game again. I'm not experiencing any black screens, just a lot of glitches.

My power ups aren’t loading or my multiplayer so frustrating

Getting blank/black screens often that never go further. Have cleared cache but do not want to clear data as i'm expecting it to erase all of my past and I've been playing this for 6+ months and have completed over 1050 bases. If I lose that data and have to start over I will not.

Every as is a blank screen, have to force close and re load app - huge waste of time

The game will not load beyond “the chickens are full”. This happened before and I was in the high 800s. I liked the game so I deleted the app and reloaded. Now it’s happened a second time. Cool game but not worth so much headache.

Forces me to watch ads then doesn't give the bonus. And sometimes the ads are blank and won't play at all. Which cost alot of time in timed duals.

I did not receive something I paid for. I received a personalized offer to buy 300 skip its for $29.99 in Mob Control and did not receive it after buying it.

Often, my “mob” defeats my opponent, but the opponent’s bases still remain active, and it will not take me to the next screen.

When I use my rocket barrage, it destroys the base (but it doesn't). The base will no longer accept hits, it keeps spitting out opponents, and my mob moves to the back of the base (as if I'd won), and the game has to be closed because it's in a perpetual loop.

In Mob Control a lot of times my mobs won't destroy the opponent part where their mobs come from. My mobs move through them instead of destroying them.

The app crashes constantly now when I'm facing a boss/cannon combo. I win the match and then it starts to freeze and then closes.

I am in the 400's of the grandmaster stage. I have been playing and enjoying this game on my downtime. How come all my characters and canons have been dropped to level one again? It seems as if all my progress has been taken but the account of what rank i was, is still the same. is there a way i can have my levels back? i was enjoying the progress and the level of my triple cannon, and season pass.
