EasyPark Parking Reviews

I have used EasyParkParking twice in two years when traveling to a folk music festival in Vancouver. It was very easy to use and helpful when I realized that I had not paid my parking the following day and could do so remotely. If I were to use it elsewhere it would be helpful to have more information about parking lots.

App worked as expected, mostly.
One scenario that fails is that we wanted to leave the car in the lot for 2 days but EasyParkParking didn't let us add more time until the session expired at 6am. Only then we could add more time by creating a new session.

Not sure if it’s collusion between the city of Vancouver and EasyParkParking, but “all day parking” isn’t ALL DAY.

App displays all day rate or overnight rate, but fails to tell you that even though it is still daylight out your time has expired. And, if you are at dinner and your cell phone is turned off, or you’re a visitor and do not know that “all day” doesn’t MEAN all day, you then get ticket costing far more than just the parking ($12 + $55 ticket!!!)

Huge, bloated app (100mb!) just for parking.... Ugh.

Would be better if lot details had more info, open/underground etc and also as previously said, could extend session past 6 am at a time other than 6 am

Everything worked exactly as it should've.

Quick and convenient

Very difficult to use. No apple pay support nor auto population of data. Clearly somebody who doesn’t know or care about what they are supposedly doing. Probably the most frustrating app design for something likely to be installed and used when in a parking garage.

I got fined for not being able to pay even though EasyParkParking didn’t work and I even recorded it + sent them screenshots. This shouldn’t be legal, this half governmental company is a joke and obviously partially ripping of their customers. Management should be fired.

EasyPark is a scam company! Their app takes forever to pay, and when you finally get through the payment making, you’ll have been issued a ticket. EasyPark will not reverse the ticket even with evidence that you paid on EasyParkParking ! They are a scam! Park in another lot and use other companies!

Great app would like multi day option. Renews at 6am bit of a pain.

Don’t waste your time downloading EasyParkParking. I am on a vacation in Alaska and stayed at the Hilton across lot #5910. EasyParkParking does not have the nearest location, as it is asking you and it seems like there is no parking around. Waste of time!!!

Somehow EasyParkParking allows you to believe that you are paying to add time in the future, but in actual fact they are double billing you for time in the past.

Plus one on the previous comment saying all day parking in EasyParkParking doesn’t mean all day parking. Avoid this fraud company if you can.

Not clear on how to start a session or actually pay for a spot. I was in alaska and gave me lots for Florida.

Why do i lose almost a minute and a half the moment i purchase time to park? I do love the convenience fee too...

Forces you to pay for blocks of time. Not at all clear how to pay hourly using EasyParkParking . A scam...

Easy

Crashes constantly. Can't use it at all.

Confusing layout, crappy design, no visible rates and explanation. Feels like a pig blindly led to the slaughter house.

We were able to see parking locations and rates, however, as others have mentioned, isn’t clear on how long Day Rate is valid till. Some lots do not post Max daily rate so have to go thru whole app to figure out price. Doesn’t tell you pricing of lots on the map so you have to select each lot to figure out which one is cheapest.
