I’m fine with copying and translating each page, but your website lacks functionality and Play24 won’t allow me to copy text so I can paste it into a translation service. I can’t understand anything at all on Play24 and can’t even sign in to the website because it immediately disables Google Translate as soon as I hit the login button. I just want to transfer my Play phone # to a different carrier who offers English support, but your chat doesn’t offer English support. The only way to get help in English is to make a telephone audio call, which isn’t possible if you’re hearing impaired because IP relay doesn’t work in Poland. How hard is it really to offer a version in English like every other carrier in Europe, or to at least stop blocking copy/paste functionality? So frustrating! I wish I had never set up an account with Play, but all my government accounts now use this # and I can’t seem to transfer the # to another carrier.

This biggest problem I have with Play24 and Play is that the never automatically re-buys my chose package. Instead it just automatically buys a 2gb package and then messages me when the 2gb runs out and then I have to deposit more money and manually buy the chosen back I’ve already chosen several times. I’ve been doing this ever month. It’s ridiculous.

Hidden charges not mentioned anywhere. It tells you have free minutes and data when in reality you are being charged for everything only to find out about it when you get cut off of the service. Don’t recommend. It’s just short of fraud

All Play24 does is just crash when you try to buy data and active its services. When the payment goes through from my ApplePay, it just keeps saying “Unable to activate services. Please try again. It ripped me off of 42 Zlotys. Does Apple not support this app or I just bought a lemon this app sims card?

adding the most popular and known language in the world to your app is necessary, who would have thought

update: they say its tied to the devices language, its not, my device's language is english everywhere "iphone x" and Play24 still shows polish, why don't you just add a setting in Play24 ? revolutionary ideas im providing

Had some trouble with Play24 , but I imagine most of that is because of my lack of Polish. I go into the store a lot, and they can be great, but you can’t get the same deals without Play24 . The fact that you can be charged in between selecting and paying for a packet and it being activated up to 24 hours later is very inconvenient. I lost 40 zł that way yesterday. 🤷‍♂️

The chat function won’t let you paste so even if you are using Google translate to help in your chat you have to retype everything in the chat field.

There are sections in Play24 which are translated to English but other sections that aren’t. Mainly the different packages and the actual descriptions are all still in polish while the titles of the category are translated. You can get by. Just thought the devs would like to know more could be translated if that’s still being worked on.

Even when the language is English, many things are still in Polish and are completely not understandable

English version would be amazing for none Polish people. To be able to change true language at least.

I want to join the others in requesting English support for Play24 . Everything works great, but it’s only available in Polish and considering that they have prepaid options for tourists and short-term visits, English as a language option would be great.

My service works great but one of my buddies who has the same thing is unable to transfer money to his account. It comes back saying “unable to retrieve data” and we don’t know why. We did update his application as well but still having same problem D:

How can I change the language in English? Or only Polish is available. Need time to learn Polish. Please update it and add English to make it easier for users

I enjoy using the service and app. But it’s difficult to navigate. Please make an English version. Very helpful for short-visits, tourists, and military personnel.

Recent Play change from 5 PLN to 60 PLN per year to keep phone number is substantial and unsubstantiated. This in my opinion will result in huge decrease in Play clientele.

A bit hard for understanding if you’re an English Speaker. Would be good to have an option of English Interface

English speaking people get a grip learn some Polish exercise your brain

I’m an English speaker living in Poland so this application is impossible for me to use. Don’t understand anything when I try to use Play on my phone, and there’s no way to change the message alerts from Polish.
