I’m fine with copying and translating each page, but your website lacks functionality and the app won’t allow me to copy text so I can paste it into a translation service. I can’t understand anything at all on the app and can’t even sign in to the website because it immediately disables Google Translate as soon as I hit the login button. I just want to transfer my Play phone # to a different carrier who offers English support, but your chat doesn’t offer English support. The only way to get help in English is to make a telephone audio call, which isn’t possible if you’re hearing impaired because IP relay doesn’t work in Poland. How hard is it really to offer a version in English like every other carrier in Europe, or to at least stop blocking copy/paste functionality? So frustrating! I wish I had never set up an account with Play, but all my government accounts now use this # and I can’t seem to transfer the # to another carrier.

This biggest problem I have with this app and Play is that the never automatically re-buys my chose package. Instead it just automatically buys a 2gb package and then messages me when the 2gb runs out and then I have to deposit more money and manually buy the chosen back I’ve already chosen several times. I’ve been doing this ever month. It’s ridiculous.

update: they say its tied to the devices language, its not, my device's language is english everywhere "iphone x" and the app still shows polish, why don't you just add a setting in the app? revolutionary ideas im providing
