Useless

With each version, SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus gets less usable. I’m losing functionality and now have cases that I can’t even see the descriptions for. I used to fall back to the web app if I had issues with the native app, but I’m completely blocked from the web app from a mobile device (can’t even get to the desktop version from the mobile device).

Need CMDB Access

Has all the basic features needed except one, CMDB. There is access to Assets but not configuration data which is needed when in the field. When will this be added to the mobile app?

Fix the iPad app

After your last update. The ipad app does not work in landscape mode. It is super hard to use. The website does not support mobile. So my only choice is to fight with it or wait until I can get to a computer.

Great new look

I love the new look of the UI, but when I reply to a request, the screen doesn't automatically scroll down as a type. So every time a line of text fills up in the message, I have to manually scroll the screen down to see what I'm typing. Other than that little bug, I think the updated version is great.

Great App

SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus provides great visibility to both customer and technician. Manage Engine does a great job when it comes to providing at both levels. And on-demand is great wherever there is Internet. Some SD products refuse to make an app for the customer who is the ones who should also be able to use SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus as well.

Useful but some design issues

Having an app to create tickets is very useful but there are very important things missing:
-No sorting, search by date
-New tickets are assigned randomly to a different technician than the one who is creating the ticket.
-When creating a new ticket the is no way to feed the default required fields
-Search options are very basic and limited

Every time I create a ticket I have to edit it so I can feed the basic fields necessaries to be assigned to a technician, department and then the web link to fill out the default requires fields which create double work and a waste of time.

Great app but..

First off I will say SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus is very useful and straightforward. The only issue is I have to reinstall it everyday. It like every time I don’t use it for awhile, like when I’m off work, the next morning when I try to use it SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus crash and will not open until I delete it and reinstall it. If they get this problem fixed I would rate it 5 star but for now it’s gets 1 star.

Closes when editing a ticket

When I want to edit a ticket (in order to assign department and Technician), and then I want to save the changes with the tick button, SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus just closes and doesn’t save the changes. Fix it ASAP please! Last version 5.10.1

Was Better

I liked SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus better before the UI change. It's harder to manipulate tickets with this one than it was. Also since this last update, the badges for a new ticket do not clear out if you mark all items as read using the website without opening SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus on your iOS device. This was not the case previously.

Would love to use the app but it keeps crashing

When it works it is a great app for managing my help desk. However SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus constantly crashes. I think the new update has caused it to crash quicker and more often that version 5.4 did. I wish they could fix it as it really is a helpful and good app when it does work.

Worse every update

Literally gets worse every time please just stop. Now you have to go into conversations section just to see the reason the work order was put in in the first place. By default it only shows the last message which is always an auto reply from the system.

Everything about Servicedesk is great. Started with the free trial. Now we have a 10 tech license. It’s never crashed once for me so far.

Doesn’t work

Worked for a few weeks, now I get notifications but when I open SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus all I get is a white screen so I end up having to use my computer to view manage my tickets, which defeats the purpose of having SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus .

6.0 crashes

Just updated to version 6.0 which crashes frequently to be unusable in general. Wait until bugs are fixed before upgrading.

Worst app for the worst service desk

Can’t get any information on tickets properly displayed in SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus , it lacks a lot of basic functionality that most other service desk applications have, and the ManageEngine support is abysmal…

Doesn’t work

When I first login it seems great. But then when I close SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus and try to reopen it, it just gives me an error message that says “error” and displays nothing else. I would love to use this if it actually worked.

No Support for Local Installations

They go and release this really nice app, but neglect to support people who have local installations of SDP. We're spending over $15,000 a year for their product, and we get relegated to second-class status because we're not using their cloud version.

App still shows unread tickets

App still shows unread tickets notification on the icon but when inside SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus there are no unread tickets.

Asset

When adding assets SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus unexpectedly quits when saving the assets on my IPhone 7, but works great on my IPad. Everything else seems to work fine.

Great Online Service, Dissapointing App

Love servicedesk+ online, but SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus crashes all the time and has other random errors. Would love it if they could get SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus to be stable, since it is essential for our field techs, but very unreliable at times.

Something is broken

Starting on April 2, 2019, I could no longer log into SaaShelpdeskServiceDeskPlus . After nearly exceeding my login limit, the login attempts simply spin endlessly.

Nice Update!

The new UI is much improved and intuitive, glad to see this getting more attention. Great job. Would it be possible to include other areas of the SDPOnDemand suite though? Purchase? Contracts? Assets?
