It's so bad that I actually laughed

You have enter your specific help desk's website EVERY time you use MojoHelpdesk . That alone is ridiculous but you also have to log in again! If you have Google 2-step then be prepared for 4-5 screens to look at your tickets anytime you open MojoHelpdesk .

By the way... stop trying to make "new" mojo happen. It's clunky, hard to use, has awful Star Wars references and is just confusing. I'm pushing my company hard to switch ticketing systems because of it.

AVOID MojoHelpdesk.

App won’t work

MojoHelpdesk on iPhone and iPad stopped working.

Crap app

You haven’t updated your app. In over 2 years and it no longer works on iPhones. Thank god my university is dropping your dead company for an actually reliable ticketing system.

Would have been nice

I wish they’d either remove this from MojoHelpdesk Store or fix it and stop toying with my emotions
